I was buying a new house and scheduled a pool inspection on a Friday. Never showed up and never heard from them. My realtor emailed and called, but voicemail box was full. It's now the following Tuesday and I'm going with someone more "professional." UPDATE: after realizing that a former employee dropped the ball, they quickly contacted me and rescheduled the inspection and waved the fee. Thanks.
