Chris does great work at a reasonable price. Love his work. Services: Swimming pool equipment repair, Inground pool installation

I have been dealing with Chris very nice gentleman gave me all the information I needed on the pool but I never signed a contract I was told that I could have a pool by July by the rep when I talked to them last via a text I was told that from the day that I placed the order is when I will get a pool which might now be September and I've been dealing with him for a couple of months and no contract I am very disappointed because I really wanted a San Juan pools maybe I'll get one but it doesn't look like it

We can't recommend Backyard Pools highly enough! Chris was extremely patient and knowledgeable, meeting with us multiple times, answering ALL of the questions we had etc before we ever even signed the contract on our project and that continued throughout the build and after completion. His first priority is to build you the pool of your dreams that will work best for your family/needs/property layout etc.

One of the things I enjoyed most about working with him is that you can trust his advice. He's not concerned with upselling or adding features you will never use. He gives you honest advice when you ask. His crew is WONDERFUL. All extremely professional and friendly. We enjoyed having them at our home. We just couldn't be happier with our pool and with Chris/Backyard Pools. We've recommended them to MULTIPLE friends already.

We couldn't have asked for a more professional job from design, construction and crew. Backyard Pools did an amazing job from start to finish. They always go above and beyond on all their work. The best out there hands down.

Chris and his staff are wonderful, Did a great job with our pool redo. Had to install new drainage, fencing, repair pool cracks. And brick retaining wall around pool. Was at the job early, and worked through the day, even taking only short lunch breaks. Crew worked through nice days and bad weather days. Job was done on time, and extra request were handled and advise was given to help with our cost.

We have a salt water pool, and Chris has always been great with follow up questions. Yes sometimes he may not get back to me right away. But, that is because of the high quality hands on work that he does. I like the fact that he gives his full attention to the job he is on. Doesn't leave in the middle and leave you hanging. Highly recommend. And will absolutely use this company for further pool concerns and upgrades, .

Love the fire pit he added to the area. He also came to check on the concrete work and electrical, just to make sure it was done correctly and up to code. He did this work over a year ago. And I have had no issues with the work done. There are a few new issues, And I will absolutely call this company again.

I've left voicemails and text messages, and still no one responds. Not a good way to do business Chris.

Never calls back; another "those" contractors I think he came by and looked (said he would), but then never called, returned my calls or emails. Sad. Wanted to go with a home based guy, but guess the low price quote was too good to be true. Sad
