We have been very pleased with Prestige Pools. Our pool was put in October 2021, so we have not used it yet, but we are excited to as soon as it gets warm. Our family simply could not be happier with our pool and it may not have ever happened if it weren't for Prestige Pools. Before we could get a pool, we needed to move a septic tank which required an analysis from a group of soil scientists and multiple approvals from Wake County and the Town of Apex. All of this had to be done during the height of the pandemic when most people were working remotely. Prestige Pools made countless phone calls on our behalf overseeing the entire process far exceeding what many would do for a customer.
