You should always get multiple bids on any project you do. But don't let Signature know this. If they find out, you simply wont get a bid from them. They'll be the highest bid you get by miles. and their work doesn't reflect the cost difference. They don't feel confident in their pricing or ability to match what their competitors offer. Bob the owner seemed nice enough, when and if he ever returns your call.
His staff though, is lazy and incompetent. Don't waste your time with Jason or Niki. They will BS you to the nth degree and their design skills are that of a 5 year old. don't waste your time, call a few of their competitors.

Signature Pools was great to work with! When getting quotes and timelines they were the only ones to respond in a decent amount of time and had a much faster build time. They were able to build the pool exactly how I drew it and didn't try to change anything on me or push additional items on as well. Robert and Jeremy were always available and helped calm any worries. They answered all my questions honestly and gave great feedback throughout the process.
I was never not in the loop of what was happening. My pool got finished in the 6 weeks they promised and I couldn't be happier! Friends and family were impressed at how fast they were able to build such a beautiful product. We are excited to enjoy this beautiful pool all summer! If need be we would gladly work with Signature Pools again.

This review is well over due. I can't over state how happy my family and I are that we hired Signature Pools and Spa to create our backyard paradise. From day one, Jason the Sales and design guy, was very responsive and flexible to our needs. Once construction started, I solely communicated with Bob the owner. If you don't like calls on a Sunday afternoon. This might not be the company for you. I personally like Bobs dedication of keeping his clients well informed throughout the entire build process. Also, he was super responsive to answering any and all questions I had.
His work crews were very respectful and clean throughout the entire process. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure and I highly recommend Signature Pools and Spa for all of your pool needs.

The pool was put in fine although they took a long time to finish the surface. After it was installed, some of our equipment leaked and their follow-up service has been really bad. They will not respond to calls for service. Now I have one piece of pool equipment that I cannot get serviced at all. I would not recommend Signature for pool installations.

Signature pool was great from start to finish! Travis designed our pool to our liking which took a few different designs but he was patience and listened to what we wanted. They promised that our pool was to be finished in 6-8 weeks and they were finished in 4 weeks. Great communication between all staff. Thank you again! They're a local family owned business also!

They were great from helping me design my pool the way I wanted it. No other place could do this. Nicci you are amazing. You kept me up to date every step. Heather you always texted me back with the answers to all my many questions. Bob I couldn't believe the first time you texted me and called. I was shocked that you would take the extra step! The people you contract with were always professional and always arrived on time. They never started before 7 and I know my neighbors appreciated this :. You have completed in half the time my coworkers pool was completed by another company. Thank you! Nicci you rock!
