They seemed pretty good. Were ready to sign a contract. Until they fell totally off the face of the earth. No answer to emails, texts, calls. No pickup on the office numbers. No return of messages left. Not even a response that they were too busy to do the work. Wouldn't respond to us or our builder. I can only presume they had some kind of medical issue and just disappeared. Thank goodness we were one step away from giving them any money. That would have completely disappeared as well I guess. I hope they're physically ok!

Craig and his team are the best in this area! I am usually skeptical having people work in or around the house but there was no need to worry with them. They communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we were getting what we wanted, showed up consistently, and were incredibly thorough! They also got the job done on time (not easy to find these days). My friends and family will be using them in the future, can't recommend them enough!
