We contacted Haven Pool Solutions regarding pool deck repair and was given a quote. We agreed to the quote and scheduled the repair. The repair was supposed to be started in July. After Haven missed the date, we were contacted stating it was too hot to pour concrete. So now its almost January and we get a message stating Ryan no longer works for them and they would no longer honor their quote. This entire ordeal was extremely frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldnt recommend this company for anything.
