Dave and his crew are absolutely fantastic; I'm a project manager for a Rochester based real-estate development company, I deal with contractors all the time. When my boss tasked me with the job of building his family a swimming pool at his house on Canandaigua Lake, I was concerned!!! After interviewing all the usual suspects I settled on Precision. The "Precision Team" preformed beyond all expectations they are extremely accommodating, on time and on budget along with being conscientious of the neighbors and the pristine and delicate surroundings. In short Precision is amazing!!!

I started with a small space that was less than desirable in a rural setting. not long after, Dave and his team crafted a space that leave many speechless .. while every project has hiccups and real life issues to deal with, it amazed me to watch these guys handle, and solve so many curveballs. Not only was my project handled in a timely, but yet a professional manor. It was also handled in some of the worst weather including 20" of snow on gunite day! So thank you for the amazing space, custom craftsmanship, and a new found love of the word home..

Wow, where to start. My wife called Dave because our neighbors were using him to re-plaster their pool, I know they were happy despite Nathan Glasgow comments. Immediately upon meeting Dave, I knew he was a straight shooter, we had already sent them pictures of what we were looking for so he knew what we wanted. He sat with us, explained the whole process and started to design our pool on a laptop.

He left me feeling in such good hands I didn't bother getting another quote, because if I was going to have a pool, it was going to built by Dave Cox. Few days later he came back with a 3d rendering and pricing and hit a home run, we signed up. He said it was first come first serve and I respected that, put my deposit down and waited patiently till it was my turn. His pay structure was absolutely spot on as well.

It took six weeks and a ton of work by a whole team of respectful, dedicated guys. Dave was in contact with me the whole time, and on gunite day he's down in the pool spraying the gunite, that's what type of guy he is. I now have the most amazing pool I've ever seen,,,, and a new best friend. That's saying something in my world.

Precision Pool just completed our family's dream pool and spa. It has been a pleasure working with Dave and his team throughout the entire process. Dave's artistic vision is amazing and he personally ensures that his high standards of quality are met from beginning to end. If anything isn't right, he fixes it. He even showed up on a Saturday to make sure everything was running smoothly for our daughter's 4th birthday party! I would recommend Precision Pool & Spa to anyone looking for a high quality pool with incredible personal service from start to finish.

I think that their designs are amazing. The attention to detail and quality of the workmanship is undeniable to those in the know.

I highly recommend Dave and Danielle to take care of all of your gunite pool needs. The sooner you involve them in your project, the better the outcome! From construction to the weekly maintenance, over the years they have proven themselves to be professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs. Thanks for turning our backyard into an oasis!!!

Precision has really turned around my pool experience. We bought our home in march and I whole heartedly was upset it had a pool but the wife loved the home so we bought it. All my concerns turned out to be true when everything that could go wrong, did. We were grandfathered in with another company (I won't name them out of respect) that handled the pool for the previous owners. That company genuinely didn't seem to care and didn't make us aware of issues, didn't communicate with us, etc.

I was genuinely researching filling in the pool and being done with it. My wife convinced me to give another company a try and Precision was able to fit us in. From the very beginning they have been amazing. They will come multiple times a week to make sure the pool is perfect, that the machinery is function properly, let me know if I need to add some water to the pool. so to speak frankly, they do it all.

I genuinely love having the pool now and having one has become a luxury instead of a burden. I know they are pretty full clientele wise and were barely able to squeeze us in but if they have an opening you will kick yourself for not jumping on their list. 10/10 would recommend

We are so glad we chose Precision Pool & Spa to install our beautiful, custom Gunite pool! These folks are top notch professionals. They show up when they say they're going to, they were respectful of our property and they did an amazing job! Dave & his crew were great to work with and went above & beyond every step of the way. Danielle was wonderful and kept us informed during the entire process. GREAT family-owned & operated business. They care about their business and their customers and that is reflected in the quality work they provide. Just really good people to work with - Highly recommend!

Dave did a great job building our spa. He delivered a quality product on time and on budget. His service manager Jeff is awesome. He is professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend Precision Pool and Spa. I had a great experience with them. Thank you for the great job! Service: General construction

We are SO happy with our new spool! Dave and his team worked with us throughout the entire process. His team is incredibly hard working and pays impeccable attention to detail. It is beyond evident they love what they do. They came highly recommended to us and exceeded our expectations! Their reputation precedes them and we couldn't be happier.

Precision Pool and Spa is second to none. Dave and his team built our pool a few years ago and we absolutely love it. He is the BEST -- period (and we did our research). You can trust that you will receive the highest quality service and work. Best pool company in WNY, "swim-up" bar none (yep, a pool joke!). Seriously the BEST! Thank you!

When we decided to put a pool in, the only company we called was Precision Pool and Spa. Dave Cox and his team had built a pool for my brother and I saw no reason to call another company. Not even to check price! The quality of the design process to the finished product was everything we could've hoped for! Precision Pool and Spa is the only gunite pool company I would recommend!

I NEVER thought a pool would be a part of our family life.but having just wrapped up this project last week I'm already thrilled! That has a ton to do with the incredible job by Dave and the team at precision pool and spa! The average business today (small or large) can be hit or miss in terms of delivering on their promises and living up to their name. Precision has come through in both regards!

I had Dave's cell number from day one and he has personally been a part of every step, constantly been on site and working directly with his crew. The vision he saw for the project from the beginning has turned out better than imagined. My wife and I were saying today that it's as if we have a resort right at home! If I can offer one bit of advise - trust the process and by that I mean Dave's vision. What he has designed and built along with his team is simple elegance!

Dave, Danielle, and the entire Precision Pool team have been excellent to work with. The quality of craftsmanship coupled with responsive customer service has provided myself and my family with a remarkable experience. The ability to design and build a pool that fits seamlessly into a century old estate while still allowing dozens of kids and adults alike to experience the thrill of pool time fun is a feat in itself. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Dave and Precisions Pool to get the job done. Kudos!

Precision Pool and Spa has our #1 recommendation for anyone looking to build a pool, hot tub , or backyard oasis... Thanks to precision we're unfortunately wrapping up the best summer at our home of 10 years... The building process seems complex, however the owner Dave is awesome and completely explains all the whys along with the choices you have to make it your own....
Dave's wife Danielle is in the office and throughout the process responds immediately to any questions or concerns...

Also calls out of the blue to see how your doing randomly even after work is done and paid for... Best bonus... any chemical questions Danielle has the answer... also if you describe your water issue she immediately rattles off her suggestion, and her over the phone suggestion has always worked for us!!! Thanks again For making this an enjoyable easy experience where I've heard it can be stressful elsewhere...
Precision Pool is the only way to go!!!

After doing a lot of research I decided that gunite was the type of pool that would meet my wants for a pool. I checked around online and saw that Precision had good ratings so I reached out. I met with Dave and we discussed my "wants list". Shortly after that he came up with a design for me that I love! We decided to move forward. We had a deadline too, and it was going to be tight. Well, despite 2017 being the year of the great flood here in Rochester, Dave and his team were able to pull it off.

I was very interested in the progress of the project and Dave and his team were always very helpful answering all my questions and adapting to some of my on the fly changes. The quality of the work is amazing. I still can't believe he was able to envision my wants into such an amazing pool. I am very happy. Dave and Danielle, and the whole Precision team have been awesome to work with! Thanks!
