Living in Phoenix, a functioning pool is a necessity. Our pool was a total eyesore when we bought our home. The team living up to their name fixed our ugly pool quickly and professionally. Their design rep brought out actual physical samples of tile and pebble mixes so we could hold them up against our house stone in the natural sunlight. That made choosing colors so much easier and eliminated any guesswork. The final combination looks stunning.

They finished the job quickly, but you can tell they didn't rush the actual quality. The job site was left cleaner than it was before they started, with all trash and scrap tile hauled away immediately. Fantastic experience overall.

Follow-up. The resurfacing job was amazing. We also replaced all the pumping equipment do to its age. Everything was done in a timely fashion and completely met our expectations.

When draining our pool we found out that our faux waterfall needed repairs. Before we could fill it I got several estimates. We fix ugly pools came in with a competitive quote and quick scheduling since our pool needed to be filled ASAP. The guys doing the resurfacing, painting and sealing did a fast, excellent job. The estimator stayed in touch until everything was done right. My only concern was a little lack of communication with the office but it was also resolved and I would recommend them to resurface your water feature.

From start to finish, their communication has been excellent, even when I had silly questions (new to the process). We were kept informed every step of the way, which made the process stress free.

And just so you know, for a construction company to have a 4.5 star review with almost 200 reviews, Is fantastic, so much can go wrong and most customers dont know that the company eats the cost when something bad happens...... most of the time. Everything and everyone has been so professional from WFUP. I would recommend them to a friend. Richard had come out by invitation for an estimate for a crack in my pool on the wall near the stairs. He spent an hour measuring and explaining the process and the steps if the crack was structural or just a shell crack. Talked with Brian Morris the owner who took the time to reiterate what and how things would be happening. I gladly signed a contract. During this process I met ( ALEXIS, DESTINEE, JOEL, LUIS, MINERVA, BIG MIKE). All of these workers are in house employees, no contractors lead the operation to empty my pool, tear out the old pebble tech, repair the crack, reinstall all new pebble tech and refilling of the pool, the clean up, the reset up, replace baskets, overflow flap, check all running parts, reset the chemicals, and the startup.
This company has a greatest program called dispatch, it announces by e-mail and also by text who and when a technician will arrive to do the work. I never had such great communication with any other company as " WE FIX UGLY POOLS " HAD GIVEN ME. I truly Felt like I was being treated as family.

In as little as 3 months with labor and material shortages, start to finish, I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for the spectacular work that was done. The service was great! On time, dependable and friendly! My filter was broken and the pool was green and pretty bad. I got 3 other estimates as well because I thought if they all said the same thing was needed I would know for sure what needed to be done. Only We Fix Ugly Pools pinpointed the broken parts and said they could replace them. The other guys tried to sell me a whole new filter, a new pump, new plumbing and told me I would have to drain the pool and acid wash it-All to the tune of thousands of dollars!

Hired to replace the waterline tile on my large pool. They came right out and gave a reasonable estimate. I picked the tile and it was installed beautifully. Also did a light acid wash that really brightened up my blue quartz plaster. Workers were all very professional. The only issue I had was a lack of communication about when my project would start. They were a bit hard to contact at times but I understood that they were short staffed due to the pandemic. All in all I am very pleased and would recommend them.
