Amazing company with a attention to detail. Brandt always goes out of his way to make sure my issues are taken care of. His crew is completely amazing as well they are always same time every week, keep pool and chems tip top and even keep site up in winter. If anyone reading this has a pool and wants some to service they should be using Lewis Aqua-tech if not your missing out and you pool area is too.
Want to also mention Sonya who is always on top of scheduling and meets my needs with meeting on site. This group has customer service in mind first which these days is typically last. Thanks guys looking forward to a great season 2018!

Lewis Aquatech designed and built our pool. I have recommended them wholeheartedly to friends who are looking for a pool builder. They provide the best quality product and design, and have worked on the surrounding landscape to fit flawlessly. What I will add is that their maintenance is also what separates them from their competitors. The regular maintenance crew is always on time, the same people are always there, they are knowledgeable and they leave the place absolutely spotless.
The few times we have had an issue (with torrential rains, etc.) a quick email to Dave, the service manager, results in an immediate dispatch of his crews. They are usually there within 24 hours and sometimes the same day. We trust them and appreciate both parts of their business, construction and maintenance.

Excellent customer service! A truly magnificent end product. Our pool designed by Lewis Aquatech is our little heaven on earth. The team professional and their customer service and pool service is beyond amazing! Today is July 4, 2020, a holiday. Most people are with their families celebrating. My pool cover was not opening. I text Joe and Brandt and the Lewis team. Within 40 minutes a tech was over at the home working on the solution.
Everyone at Lewis Aquatech is a joy to work with. Joe Gwiz and Brandt are just some of the awesome folks at Lewis. Thank you all for making our pool experience day and night so enjoyable! - Dr. Tarique Zahir

One of the many things that I love about Lewis-Aquatech - and I tell many people who ask about our pool and pool builders in general - is that your Team is fantastic, knowledgeable, kind and very customer service oriented! In addition, you Team has been with you for many years - which means that you treat the Team right, and they love working there. Such an important factor in today's world, and your industry specifically. Kudos to all of you for making it such a pleasant environment, and how that translates to excellent customer service. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service and responsiveness! Last Sunday, the main pump to our pool died. A quick email to Dave Cox at 1 PM on Sunday. Less than one-half hour later, Dave responded letting me know that they would be out Monday, Tuesday latest. Well, Team Aquatech arrived on Monday, early afternoon. They worked diligently in the pouring rain (a not uncommon event this summer in Northern Virginia) to replace the old pump with a new one.
This responsiveness and dedication is their standard. Lewis Aquatech has been servicing our pool for 11 years now and I never hesitate to recommend them for any pool-related job, big or small. Counting on good, responsive companies these days is rare - Lewis Aquatech is one of those rare jewels.

Lewis Aquatech did a great job helping us fix an issue with our pool caused by faulty workmanship from a previous contractor. The salesmen Brandt was responsive and helped navigate us through the process. Frank and his helper Eddie were very nice and clearly had a desire to get the job done correctly and make sure everything was right before they left. They even sent a crew out to vaccum the dust and debris out of the pool so that the pool is clean when we open it in the spring. We would definitely reccomend Lewis Aquatech and will use them in the future.
