I booked an appointment with this company on behalf of a client. The receptionist called to move the appointment a day before they were set to come out. Get to the day of the appointment and I call to confirm that the estimator showed up. The receptionist told me that they could not confirm that because the owner sets his own schedule? Unfortunately, the owner did not show up to do the estimate and I have an upset client. I would not recommend this company.

Our pool pump failed on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Fortunately, we use All Island Pool for our weekly maintenance. Jeff from All Island Pools sourced and installed our pump the same day as we had planned a pool party the following day. We are delighted with the expert care that All Island consistently delivers. All Island Group stepped in and took over our pool service for our brand new pool after a poor experience with another company. From week one they were not only incredibly responsive but ensured our pool was maintained to perfection week after week. Thank you for saving the day Trish and Joe! Their service technician Mike is also outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, timely, personable and provided detailed updates and reports on the service and status of the pool.
Even after a recent Hurricane, they came immediately the day after to balance and regulate the pool. Given the level of excellence in customer service we even ordered our winter pool cover from them. We can't say enough about this company. We wish we had this impeccable experience with every service company. Thank you All Island Group for all you did for us this season and putting a new pool owner at ease. This is how it should be. Your company is outstanding.

All Island has been servicing our pool weekly and sprinklers seasonally since we moved in three years ago (they were the original pool builders 20+ years ago who did a tremendous job!). Joe in management, and Patrice & Trish in the office always make sure our concerns and needs are taken care of. Techs are great too. The team is attentive, professional, and provide quality service - it's tough finding those 3 these days. There's always someone there to answer your call and figure out your problem. They also helped redesign our backyard with all new landscape lighting with excellent craftsmanship.
