Premier Pools built us an incredible custom-designed resort-style pool and spa. We brought them the vision of how we wanted the pool layout and they designed and built it exactly how we wanted. Hal was very responsive and hands-on throughout the construction. We were very impressed with the quality of the materials and the installation. We only had a couple of minor hiccups along the way but they were promptly fixed and communication was top notch. The pool was installed on time and we are loving it!

My wife and I chose Premier Pools of Central Florida because after receiving several quotes, they were the only company that knew how to communicate efficiently. Todd was excellent to work with on design and once permitting was completed, the process from yard scraping to water in the pool took almost exactly 3 months, a reasonable timeline. We have watched our neighbors use Pools by other company and could not be happier with our choice after watching the issues that they dealt and are dealing with for 9+ months.

All of the subcontractors and employees for Premier were top notch and respected our property. James and Parker were great to work with and kept us in the know throughout the build. We are extremely happy with our choice and would choose Premier Pools again.

Premier Pools gets two solid thumbs up! From the start, Andres (designer) came out and worked his design magic to come up with an amazing layout to fit our backyard. When the design was finalized, we met with him to sign contracts and pick out materials and he truly walked us through step-by-step on what would happen during the process. Then came in John and Parker (project managers) who were equally amazing.

They took the time to discuss each of the processes and answer any questions we had. They took time to follow up to let us know when their people were coming and what they would be doing. All super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend them in a second. Thanks for an amazing pool!

What a wonderful experience we had with Premier Pools of Central Florida. Scott was a great listener and brought our vision to life for our backyard, It was just like having a friend over to our home. He listened and gave us idea that allowed our dream to come to life. He was hands on in helping us with the design and color schemes. His professionalism was shown throughout the design process. We were handed over to John and Parker for the actual building of the pool.

They were by our side for every steps of the construction. They kept us informed with every detail and explained to us every project along the way. The subcontracted companies even lived to their high standards as well. The employees, who came to our home for lighting and cleaning of the pool were such a joy. No regrets, from choosing Premier Pools for building our pool.
