We are in the initial stages of building our first pool with Regal Pools. Our experience with the Company, especially with the Sales Manager, Jesus Parra, has been wonderful so far. Jesus has taken the time to answer over a thousand questions (not hyperbole!) we have had during the process, satisfactorily. He has come up with a cool design to transform our backyard to a private oasis. We are excitingly looking forward to the completion of the project in the next few months.

Regal Pools did a fantastic job designing and building our pool. They took the time to listen to our wish list and designed a modern and beautiful pool that was better than we had envisioned. When it came to construction, we had a unique challenge with having an old pool buried in our yard. Regal had experience with this issue and we're not afraid of that. The cost to de-construct the old pool was less than expected and the crew doing the work were true craftsmen!
Our build went fast and each crew came and went quickly for each phase. Our project manager, Edwin, was involved every step of the way. In fact, Edwin stopped by daily to check in. He was always patient with our questions or requests and we appreciated that level of service. I highly recommend Regal Pools to anyone looking to build. Their service and results from the quality of design, to the build, the and service after completion was outstanding. They are truly a company you can count on!

We had a wonderful experience building our dream pool with Regal Pools! Building a pool is a big commitment and we interviewed several local companies. When we met Josh, we knew immediately this was the company we'd trust to build our pool. Their pride in workmanship and attention to details when they build their pools is why we knew they would build us an amazing pool. They made the design process fun and exciting and made sure we were happy with each selection.
They designed a fun area for our 4 kids to jump, dive, and play in their hidden cave. Shawn was our project manager and did a wonderful job. The timeline of the build was well organized and explained very well. He was always accessible anytime we had questions. The project ran very smoothly and was completed before the estimated time frame. I will recommend Regal Pools to all of our friends & family! Thank you to Regal Pools for bringing our vision of our dream pool to life! We look forward to creating so many amazing memories in our backyard with our 4 kids, and our friends & family.

We had three different pool companies come out, but Regal Pools really listened to our design idea and captured every single detail. Carlos provided the design, and Shawn implemented and oversaw the construction with meticulous attention to detail. Shawn was extremely communicative, and kept us informed of each step, even meeting with us on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Regal Pools.

I'm replacing my original review with this because I've had some warranty repairs that have gone well. I have to give credit where credit is due. I had a pool light fail, and Regal was quick to respond and schedule the repair. I had a pool pump fail and Regal was quick to schedule repairs and get it done. So at the 18 month mark in pool ownership I can honestly say Regal runs a good warranty department, they really excel at taking care of your pool after the build

Josh is one of the most innovative builders in the industry. They are constantly looking for the best and most reliable ways to create a top quality product. Not only does their work speak for itself but they are the most humble people I've had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend to anyone seeking quality.

When we decided to build a pool, we got quotes and designs from 5 different companies. We realized Regal pools design was original and modern like we envisioned. Jesus Parra did a fantastic job with design and dealing with our idiosyncrasies. Our construction manager was Shawn Bryant. He was very professional and personable. With the exception of a few delays on material and construction which are expected with these types of big projects, working with Regal was a great experience. Thank you again for a fantastic pool, patio and outdoor shower!

Regal pools did an excellent job at designing our pool. I was recommended by my father in law who has a pool built by Regal and absolutely loves it. Chase showed up on time and listened to what we wanted. He has been very helpful in providing feedback and giving us great ideas. They have really taken over and made this process as easy as possible. Highly recommend!

Regal is by far the most easy going company to work with. The entire team was incredible and uplifting! Just a shout out to a few (there is too many to mention) Josh and Edwin, the owners, Carlos in design, Cierra in the office, PJ in Project management, and Colton for the final photo shoots. I cannot brag on this team enough. You would be outside your mind to work with anyone else but Regal! I understand why they are labeled as the best builder in Houston!

Regal has been an exceptional company to work with in designing and building our pool. Our designer, Keith, first met with us at our house to talk through the vision we had to transform our backyard. Keith was a great designer and a great representative for Regal. He was knowledgeable on everything we needed to know and made us feel comfortable and confident in the Regal experience; answering plenty of questions along the way. Keith was spot on in the design and was quick to incorporate any changes we had.
Construction started quickly after signing the contract and obtaining HoA approvals. Jesse, our project manager, kept us informed every step along the way. Jesse would provide frequent and consistent updates on construction progress. He was always responsive and addressed any questions quickly. Jesse managed the crews efficiently and construction moved at a pace that exceeded our expectations. The final product that he delivered was at the high-quality we had come to expect by choosing Regal. I would highly recommend Regal for designing and building your pool.

Regal did an excellent job on our pool remodel. We started the design with Corey who was excellent in understanding what we wanted and making suggestions on how to make it look great. Once that was done Riley took over as construction manager. I can't say enough about how great he was to work with. He was on the job every day to make sure it was being done properly. If we had ANY issues large or small he immediately made sure it was taken care of to our liking. We couldn't have asked for more. He never once acted put out or upset. Always hard working with a fantastic attitude. We highly recommend Regal.

It's apparent in Regal's actions that their customers are their top priority! They respond to any request, big or small, exactly the same and bend over backwards to make people's vision for a Pool their reality! There's nothing negative I could say about them. I've been lucky to work with them over the past 6 years and they treat others the way they'd like to be treated. It's not always the case these days.
