Splash pools did a phenomenal job in my yard absolutely transformed it into a wonderland I couldn't say enough about their service after the fact several years after my pool's been in there still here helping me with anything I have questions about

I can not be more disappointed with Splash pools. There is a major leak in one of the pool lines they installed. The leak has cost me thousands of dollars in water bills and detecting the leak. We incurred the cost of the leak detector that pointed out it was Splash's water line. Splash came out and said they'd back their work. Upon realizing the severity of the problem they quickly backed away and said they would not warranty the line because they didn't install the pavers.
The most absurd reason. These people have no don't care about their customers. Jeff acts like a nice guy but once you sign that contract you'll never contact him ever again. Save yourself the heartache and check with the Contractors Board before hiring one of these crooks. I will make a formal complaint with the CSLB and try to save someone else the heartache of dealing with this crook.

Splash Pools did an amazing job on our pool renovation. We had our pool replastered with Stonescape Midnight Blue mini pebble. We also had the waterline tile retiled and added some turtle tiles They also repainted our rocks. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and the speed of which they managed our project. Thank you Splash Pools!

Jeff and his crew enhanced our backyard into a place that is very comfortable and looks great. The detail in masonry work that surrounds our new barbeque is something I like to point out to guests. We spend so much more time in our back yard than ever before, we sometimes joke that we saved money because we stay home now rather than go to a restaurant.

From the moment Jeff walked in, I knew I would be going with Splash Pools. I had already interviewed and received bids from 4 other companies. He and his crew will lay out a plan, customize with no problems and do exactly as they say they would. Always on time, clean, quick and answering my every question(which was a lot). The guys are so meticulous in their work it is amazing. The office staff was awesome as well.
I was very nervous about putting a pool in, but I just can't say enough how much they have made this such a great experience. They can do anything and work within your budget. Check out their website and you will see why we went with Splash Pools. I consider Jeff Stephenson not only my pool contractor, but now he is my friend too.
