Took about 6 months. Everyone was friendly and professional. I am disabled and they designed benches and rails to make it so much easier for me to get in and out. The rail's they installed were perfect. The screen and lanai Was done to perfection. I would recommend East coast pools to everyone. Thank everyone Involved with this process.

Great communication (especially since we were still living on the west coast at the time of this remodel) and quality work.

Over subscribed pool builder that makes promises they can't deliver on. It's been almost 2 months since our design was promised. Can't imagine signing a contract with a company that can't deliver a piece of paper let alone an investment as important as a swimming pool.

I contacted Tom and asked for a quote about finishing stairs on a pool that had already been started. Told me he would get me the quote later in the week. It's been a month and this is the response I got this morning, "I tried to get some information from my engineer about the old pool shell and he told me that it would be best to rip out the entire old pool first so then i lost interest in the job as we are very busy rite now and it would be 20 weeks before we could get to it."

Tom and his team are awesome! And Jess his office manager is a great asset. She efficiently handled our questions, order placement, and frequent phone calls. We had our pool re-surfaced with Pebble-tec and new tile installed. Everything was done with skill and attention to detail. Even minor adjustments were handled quickly without question. I highly recommend this group--our pool looks incredible.

Tom Gilbert and his crew at East Coast Pools did a great job on our pool remodel. Any issues that came up, Tom fixed it quickly and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend East Coast Pools to anyone building a pool or doing a remodel.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Set up an appointment with owner Tom Gilbert to come to our house to discuss installation of inground pool. Tom skipped the appointment, never called, and didn't return our phone call to his cell phone and office phone. We will find a more professional pool company for our business.

We contacted Tom about getting an estimate for a new pool a little over a year ago. Our first appointment was wonderful. Tom was attentive and listened to what we were looking for as far as design and features. We received our estimate along with a professional pool drawing about a week later. We came in, signed paperwork, made our design selections, and we were told the permitting process would begin immediately.

Once our permit was approved, the crew started right away. From the moment the digging started on our pool right up until the finishing touches were complete, it was a phenomenal experience. Tom and his team are experienced, friendly, and professional. We even gone done a week ahead of schedule which was a nice surprised. We will definitely recommend ECPS to friends and family that are looking for outstanding customer service and craftsmanship for their new pool or remodel!
