The support for many of the products I buy usually lasts as long as I am within earshot of those that sold it to me. That, thankfully, was not the case with Pool Tech. Their staff has been more than helpful in getting this tub to fit into my daily routine. It really is hard to explain a 40-minute session in a well-maintained hot tub after a hard day's work - it's like a mini vacation!

I give 5 stars to the good people at PoolTech. I was in a real bind after another company in Cedar Rapids abandoned me. I had family coming from Europe to visit and had no where to turn. Then I called PoolTech. Debbie answered and listened and really cared. She made sure my disaster turned into a dream experience and I cannot express my gratefulness enough to her and her husband for squeezing us into their already extremely hectic schedule.
Their understanding and willingness to help is truly moving. They are 100% for customers and do everything in their power to help make your pool experience their top priority. This is a top of the line business. I will spread the word beyond this review. I'm just so thankful, and will be a life long customer. Bravo Pool Tech!

Everyone working there is nice however the service department has some serious issues with communication and timing. They repaired something that they never informed me was broken and now 3 months after they closed my pool I get a bill for the chemicals. Come one get on the ball. Sad to say I will not be using this company again because of this.
