Worst opening ever! Will not use again. Poor communication skills, rude manager, owner who made every excuse. Would not finish job as promised timely. If you don't have enough help, don't promise service!

We had been thinking about a spa for years. One positive of Covid is that it made the decision for us. Ed did a very good job taking time to explain all the details of the Artic Spa. Installation was a breeze and I really appreciate the extra time spent with us on how easy it was maintain the spa with their chemicals. I am sure there are cheaper places to go to but in my mind its not worth savings to have this level of service.

2 Years after purchase of my Arctic Spa tub and still couldn't be happier. The service issues were handled immediately, professionally and I love it. Many can say they have service, I can assure you these guys are the best around!

Friendly, knowledgeable people and wonderful customer service! We bought an Arctic Spa early 2016. Ed was able to answer all our questions before and after we bought it. (He knows his spas!) We ended up moving 6 months later. Not only did they do a great job setting it up the first time, they did a first rate job moving it to our new place as well. DeVaders has been awesome to deal with and I have no complaints! Any issues that have come up they have answered and handled superbly! I would recommend them to anyone! We love our Arctic Spa as well! =o)

We bought a Artic Spa Tub here several years ago. The price was reasonable and the service great. Recently the motor burned up in it when I overfilled it. They said it was still under warranty and did not charge me even though it was my mistake! If you buy a tub, buy it here, things often happen to hot tubs, even good ones and good service is critical.
