David Galloway gave me a job for several weeks, before I started college. He treated me right, and we did a superb job getting pools started for Memorial Day. Every year, I think about getting pools started. It was a good experience.

They did the plaster in the pool at my apartment complex. After letting the job site sit idle for 3 weeks of great weather, they "finished" it 2 weeks behind schedule. They claimed the delay was weather related, then said they were waiting for tile to do around the top of the pool, then said tile wasn't in the contract. These people are liars and crooks with the work ethic of a sloth. Avoid at all costs.
