We met with several different pool installation companies over the past few years before deciding on Pool Pros, and we are so glad that we did! Tony completed the design work over the winter, and Mike and his team installed our pool last spring (a C35 in Caribbean). Dig to pool placement was a couple days, and the concrete was completed a few days later. The process was very quick and the installation went without any issues. I highly recommend Pool Pros for a fiberglass pool install!

We installed our new pool this past summer and absolutely love it! Mike has been professional and taken care to complete a quality project. His expertise in his work showed through and he quickly responded to questions along the way. We will be making many memories in our backyard for years to come! Mike winterized our pool this morning, which marked the end of a great first season! It is a good time to comment on our experience with Pool Pros. Mike finished the install of a River Pools D40 fiberglass pool with Pentair pool equipment early this spring. We were able to enjoy them all summer as everything worked flawlessly. Maintaining the fiberglass pool required little effort, which meant we spent more time in it vs. cleaning it - a big plus.
I would definitely install this combination again. Mike is very knowledgeable regarding the installation and maintenance of fiberglass pools. His 17 years of experience showed throughout the process. We are very happy with the outcome. We plan on building a new home in a few years, and we will call Pool Pros for the new pool.

Mike installed our fiberglass in ground pool in.2007? If memory serves, it was his first. Mike still services our equipment. Over the years, he has gone well beyond typical effort to be a mediator between us and Hayward Pool Equipment when we had failures in their equipment- even to go so far as to contact their regional rep, schedule a field visit at our home to ensure we got a fair deal for needed repairs.
There have been many other smaller gestures ( because that Hayward one was BIG) which our kids even remember to this day. We trust Mike, and even though he is quite busy with his successful company, he still finds time to help us in a timely manner. it is rare that there is a considerable delay before service. He has many times shown up early on a Saturday morning to help us. Mike is also available for a quick consult via phone, email or text. Our pool has given us over a decade of enjoyment. We think Mike did a great job, and would strongly recommend Pool Pros.

I definitely recommend Mike Bowers at Pool Pros! Mike came to our house when we were shopping for pools. He is extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Of course after he left, I had about 20 more questions that I emailed him throughout the week. He responded back to me every time within 24 hours. During the pool build, his crew was professional and built it in 1 day! We did have a faulty hose so I emailed Mike and he came the same day to replace it. He continues to answer any questions that arise within a few hours. He even delivers chemicals right to our front door! We love our pool and the service Pool Pros provides.
