These guys are phenomenal. Nick especially. He has gone out of his way to give me pointers on what to do to un-freeze my pump motor in a time of crisis; ordered and recommended parts for fairly unique applications (when I held up a cracked skimmer basket ring and said "I need a skimmer ring like this" he said "Oh, a Hayward, sure, we can get those in stock" -- Other shops in Madison didn't even know what I was showing them). I can't say enough good things about these guys. So glad they're around!

Perfect service! Fast. Efficient. Friendly. Everything you could ask for. We had a pool pump emergency - they came over right away to fix it. Our granddaughter's pool party was over the top because of Farwells fast friendly courteous service. They're 5 stars all the way.

They came out and dropped some drops in water by inlets and outlets and said needs to be power tested. Charged me $122.00 for basically nothing. Said they'd get back to me. Never did. Finally I found a good outfit.
