We were referred to Wells Pools by our landscape architect. Joel was responsive and professional and never felt like he was trying to over sell us on anything. He was very honest about what we needed and what was worth spending more money on. His subcontractors that he referred us to also did great work. We had low expectations on our timeline because we built a house at the beginning of the pandemic and there were massive headaches and delays.
Our timeline was a little late with Joel but we expected that after building our house. I was able to keep communication open the whole time. Our pool turned out beautiful and we are loving it! I have already recommended him to another neighbor.
