Jim of Tahoe Pools kept me informed every step of the way and welcomed any questions I had. I could always reach him by phone and/or was prompt to return my call. His crews were considerate with keeping the 'mess' of a remodel well contained and unobtrusive to the remainder of the garden. The pool has become the gem in the garden.
