We were extremely satisfied with the whole pool installation. Everything on the contract was spelled out; there were no surprises, hidden charges, etc. Dave was so great to work with, as was the rest of the crew.

If you are on the fence about using this company for your inground pool installation/maintenance, get off and sign with them now! Jensen and Taylor were here today responding to some issues we had with our pool and once again, as usual, they did an overall great job. Swimming Pool Services designed and installed our pool 17 years ago. We have used them for pool opening and closing as well as routine maintenance since the day they dug the hole.

The team at SPS - from the receptionist to the store managers, the service department, and the technicians that come out to your home are all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure that if they personally can't solve the problem they go through the chain of command to get it fixed. We couldn't couldn't be happier with them and you will be too!

Needed a new inground heater after an old one died. Called Swimming Pool Services(SPS) June 1st after other local guys fail to respond. June 14th SPS crew (Ryan and Tom)shows up to install a heater that they determine won't fit(only phone interview before visit cause I was in a hurry). They call an audible find a direct replacement that drops right in. Done in 2+ hours. Impressed! Crew is professional, courteous and know their craft well. Got a pool issue, definitely let SPS try to solve it

We had our automatic pool cover "break". Matthew and Shane came within an hour of my call to SPS. They were able to get two feet of water off the cover and keep the cover open. Kyle Sweet was great to work with. He answered all of the questions we had, and provided a lot of details about what to expect as a new hot tub owner. We really liked the fact that Kyle took as much time with us as we needed, we never felt rushed. I would recommend Swimming Pool Services, and in particular Kyle Sweet. We also like the fact that the relationship is not over once the hot tub is delivered. We have already been back to swimming pool services multiple times with questions, and getting the water tested, and both Kyle & Jared have been very helpful and responsive.

Dave and his team built our pool, retaining walls, etc.about six years ago and we continue to use the weekly service and cleaning during the summer months. Then about a year ago we purchased a hot tub from them as well which was delivered in the middle of a cold January week. You honestly cannot find a nicer group of people to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or hot tub. They are also very responsive to any calls or questions you may have as well. Keep up the great work!

We purchased a new hot tub from SPS for Christmas this year. Jarod and Mike were great to work with throughout the whole process. From purchasing to delivering to setup and follow up after initial use and questions I had regarding the tub. SPS was able to do initial water analysis and provide a treatment program for our water. We'll definitely be using SPS in the future for all of our swimming pool and hot tub needs. Thanks Guys!

Kyle was wonderful in helping my family choose a spa that fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His team was very responsive and helpful when he was out sick. Overall great purchasing experience. We chose the Caldera Cantabria after researching and wet testing many brands. So far it's been a month and we love it!
