My husband had our pool fiberglassed in 1998. It started cracking around the edges before the first season even ended. Called and they would come out and patch it but it would be the same every season. They didn't even remove the old tiles when they installed. There supposed 25 yr warranty is useless. What a waste of money! Now I have to pay to have it removed and finished the right way! One of the worst decisions my husband ever made was hiring these people. Turned our pool into a disaster!

I hired a company called Sunrise Leisure to fiberglass coat my pool in 1994. I paid several thousand dollars and they gave me a 25 year warranty. A few years later in 2000, the pool was delaminating ,peeling, leaking and looked terrible. I called them for warranty service and was told new owners took over the business and they don't honor the old owners customers warrantys.
Mind you the salesman was the same gentleman who sold me the work in 1994 but he now worked for the new owners. I then hired a different company to fix it and they told me it was never done right in the first place. Biggest mistake of my life was getting the pool fiber-glassed. I wish I had replasterd it instead. The pool is a mess again.....never fiber glass your pool. You'll be sorry !
