Being new to owning an inground pool, I tried several pool companies in and out of the city. But the best company was Sango Pool and Spa. I had the hardest time trying to get my pool balanced. When I got close, I ended up with mustard algae. I called them, they came right out. Once I treated it and the algae settled to the bottom, my spouse accidentally drained the entire pool. I called them again they immediately responded. Before we could do anything, I ended up having to replace the pump and filter. Thank God for Sammy, Shane and Tim! They saved the day! They came over and all my problems were solved. They handled everything and to top it off they were courteous, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend Sango Pool and Spa to everyone! Thank you for the great customer service and the caring attitude you showed when assisting with my issue. We had one small problem, but Sammy made good on the promise and made it happen. Thanks again guys!!! I had a great summer because of you!
