They were prompt and very resonably priced. I had 4 pool maintenance people out and either they were late, no shows or triple the price. Sac Pools I'd professional, knowledgeable and so far great to work with.

Had Sac Pool Pros come out and was very impressed with them they showed up and cleaned my pool and were leaving and picked up some trash that was not there's but showed me they work very well and take responsibility for there work I would recommend to anyone who needs pool service

Great pool designers and builders if you want someone to dig your pool the way you want this guys are your best bet, they won't sell you anything they'll show up and do exactly what needs to be done.

We have had our pool over two years now and all is well. The construction process was smooth and on time with excellent communication. The additional patio cover was beautifully done. We have had a couple of items taken care of under warranty and service was great. I would have no problem dealing with the staff at Sac Pool Pros again. Great experience!

They came out right away and after a quick conversation, we decided to do a complete overhaul of our very very old system. It was installed quickly and professionally. We could not have asked for better service. Our new pump looks great and our pool has never looked so good.

Every week I was taking water samples in and spending at least $70 on chemicals I had no idea how to properly use. I was beyond frustrated. We hired Sac Pool Pros for their chemical services and ever since they took over, my pool has been perfect.

Sac Pool Pros did a good job managing the construction of my pool through one of the rainiest summers on record. Dealing with the rain, shortages with materials and man power through a pandemic was no easy task.

Sac Pool Pros crew constructed a high quality pool and spa. David Randolph, one of the co-owners was very responsive and knowledgeable in the design and construction of the pool and spa. The end product of the lap pool and spa are outstanding. The various workers/crew who did the supervising, digging, rebar installation, piping and pumps were all excellent and hard working. There were some minor communication issues but these were readily resolved. I highly recommend Sac Pool Pros.

They just had a 65 percent price increase with pool service. Good service through.

My old pool pump recently died so I reached out to 3 pool repair companies. David immediately responded and his quote was hundreds of dollars less than the 2 other quotes, for the SAME EXACT PUMP! As a single mom, being treated with respect and given a fair rate means the world to me. They arrived the very next morning and set everything up. I then received a call from the owner later in the day to make sure all went well! I realized then that this is a family owned business and they really do care! I highly recommend this company for all of your pool needs.

I recently had my pool custom built by Sac Pool pros and let me tell you, it's absolutely beautiful. They were able to present a digital 3D model to explain how your future pool could look and bring it to reality. It was better than my expectation. Thank you Sac pool pros for my dream pool and making my backyard more fun in the summer. Also my pool is heated so I'm able t to use it year round.

We started the process of our new pool last summer (2017), shopping other companies and looked at reviews. I had several questions for the companies and Sac Pool Proswas the only company that could answer them without hesitation. Sac Pool Pros gave us an on site quote and didn't make us go to the showroom to see what our cost was going to be. Once we chose Sac Pool Pros as our builder, they had us come in to the showroom to pick colors, etc.

At no time was there any pressure to up sell us, they showed us products and made suggestions but again, there was no pressure. Once we got our project started, the communication was excellent advising us of what we were to expect each week and the process was very smooth. We only had one delay and that was due to the weather and even with that we were done in the time frame given from the time the dig started.

Every worker we had on site was professional and the job site was cleaned very well. We would not hesitate to use Sac Pool again and we would recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Sac Pool Family for our new pool.

The Sac Pool Pro Team was absolutely fantastic. From day one, the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, timely, and thorough. I had heard so many horror stories from multiple people about pool companies putting in pools and to be honest, it's nothing like what I experienced. I met with Mike, one of their sales people and he was professional, open minded, and not pushy about making the sale.

He wanted to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with my investment. The rate was seriously competitive. I visited half a dozen pool companies in the area, and they were charging 50%, 100%, even 150% more for the same service. Dave was my guy when it came to ensuring that the construction in my yard was going exactly to plan. Any concerns I had, he made himself available at a moments notice. Tammie was my main contact person in the office.

She explained to me the various stages, what I could expect, details regarding the inspections, and she always kept me up to date with the progress. I had more contact with her than anyone and she was just absolutely Awesome! After the pool was completed, the initial service and upkeep was taken care of by Matt. If swimming pools have a language, Matt speaks that language.

He really worked hard to make sure the pool remained looking fantastic. Finally at the end Dave did the final explanations of how the pool system worked, he passed the baton for the last time and made sure I felt comfortable servicing my own pool. The Sac Pool Pros team really worked collaboratively with each other as well as with myself

The customer service and presentation was unmatched by the other four companies that I got quotes from. Mike R has been awesome! He keeps in touch, is very knowledgeable, and doesn't bash other companies. Shasta is a few grand more than a couple of the quotes-- but less than one and another never bothered to get back to me. However, they have a better warranty and work with more financing companies. Earned my business!

Any service you get through this company you will need to get another contractor to repair. Con MAN! Chris Silva and Mike Kwaitski his main owners running it, both have revoked licenses. SO MUCH FALSE ADVERTISING. They claim they are the largest in Northern California and that they have a design center. He RENTS A HOUSE! lol. No design center. They will drop you like a hot potato on design soon as they get your first check.

Mike R was exceptional to work with. He cares about every detail and focuses on quality. Each crew showed up timely, got their portion done, and Mike & Dave kept me up to date on each step. I don't want to set an expectation, but it was amazing how fast they got it done! It has now been 5 months since our pool was completed and Mike is still responsive to questions! I highly recommend Sac Pool Pro
