Reyes did my pool , my cousins pool and 2 friends . I give out his # frequently. I am still happy with my pool years later, also i got a new light and wiring , new heater, new filter and i picked out my own tile at quite the discount. Happy , happy , happy

I had recommended Reyes pool plastering to one of my customers for they're good reputation. But I guess that has changed. I just got a call from my customer saying that Reyes pool plastering wants to charge more money for doing his pool even when he said on the estimate proposal said that the price was good for a year. Look like for Reyes pool plastering is all about the money and not the customer satisfaction and keeping up his word. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Don't waste your time looking for another company that does pool replastering. I waited 1 year to review and hands down the best company to hire, they were punctual, clean, quality work, respectful and best of all honesty! My pool looks and feels good, the color was exactly what I asked for Definitely recommend you hire this company.

Great work however read the fine print. You will have to do start up maintenance on your own. Not covered with price

I had my plaster and tile redone on my pool in 2015. They installed the wrong color tile, I told them if they would just include the pool start up free of charge I would accept the wrong color tile. They added onto my spa wall about a half a foot in height so the water would not cover my tiles because they had been popping off previously and I did not want that to happen again.

So now that wall they added had shifted off the existing wall and all the tiles are popping off. They came out and removed the wall they installed completely. This company does not return calls no matter how many times you call them. They want to charge me more money to fix the problem correctly when it should have been done right the first time. The overall cost after it gets done if they ever return my call is going to be over 6500.00! Mind you my warranty expires next month! I might have to go to court on this one! Ugh

Very professional company. Beautiful work. They completely remodeled our pool. Upgraded to Pebble Sheen, new glass waterline tile, new coping and new LED Lights. Always on time and on budget. I highly recommend them for any pool remodeling.

We hired Reyes Pool Plastering to resurface our pool and replace the tile. We wanted a pool with a blue bottom. They plastered the pool and within a month or so the plaster started to streak. We called them out as we were VERY unhappy. After spending $10,000 we expected a professional job. When we called them out, they said that the streaking was normal and there was nothing they could do.

We followed their instructions to a tee after having the pool redone. After a year our pool now looks like a 2 year old plastered it. I'm sorry, but there is no way our pool should look this way. We paid for a blue bottom, not a blue and white stripped, blotched pool. We are very very unhappy with the job. When we did our checking no one stated the above.

I would never use them again. Our pool looks awful. We are very disappointed. Reyes Pool states that this is "normal" NOT NORMAL in my book. We paid good money to have the pool redone. DO NOT USE!

Had my pool re plastered by this company. They were very professional, clean, organized. Price was competitive. Quality of work was as expected. End result: a new looking pool
