They took care of my pool heater in a very timely manner, and made sure it was working properly. Thanks for your help!

Had them replace the coping, liner, and some plumbing on our pool. Paid the bill up front and that was a mistake. We were quoted to have the pool done in two weeks. We called for an update after two weeks and were told they didn't have an order for us. The owner finally contacted us after showing proof of payment and our order form. He had someone come BACK out to re-measure our coping and then finally placed our order for the liner and coping.

After another two weeks the coping came in and it was 2 inches too tall. They placed a new order for coping that ended up being the wrong color and told us we would just have to spray paint it. After 6 weeks we finally got the pool completed and a week later received a bill in the mail. Luckily we saved our proof of payment or we would have had to pay our $6,000 bill all over again.

Of course everyone was incredibly rude about the situation and made it seem like it was our fault they messed up multiple times. I would not recommend to anyone and we now use combined pool and spa.

We switched over from Combined Pool and Spa and wish we would have done it sooner! We have learned more within the one week of working with Professional Pool and Spa than we have in the three years with Combined Pool and Spa. Customer service here is also a breath of fresh air compared to what we were use to.

Bought a used tub at least 4 months ago, finally got it delivered 3 weeks ago, now waiting for a new control board cuz we have no jets.not good when it's the first time you deal with a new company

They had some problems with some hoses that I needed that were not made right from the factory. the lady behind the counter I believe her name was Nicki was very helpful and treated me very well along with the other guys that were in the shop. Very good experience. Would recommend this place to anyone

Good people they know there business and do a great job. Always able to find what I need and if not in stock they will get it for you. I have been doing business with them for 15 years now. The first pool business in town as far as I can remember. Keep up the good work.

Everyone that works there is incredibly professional and friendly. They do a great job of opening and closing my pool. The technicians are always nice and on time and very knowledgeable. I love that they're nearby and keep tons of chemicals and pool accessories in stock. Their new showroom is fantastic! Love these guys. Well worth the money!

I always get superb service here. The quality of the chemicals has helped me keep our pool well balanced all summer with little issues. Luke is great at teaching pool Chem basics and maintenance. Nicki is always friendly in the store. They fixed our leaking pool pipes thanks to Todd and his crew. We highly recommend Pro Pools.

We have had a great experience with Pro Pool! They come in like Ninjas and get it done! They have been able to fix things on our hot tub and had it covered under the warranty.they handled all of the paperwork and headache! They are awesome!

I went in on a Saturday and the sales manager wrote a price on their sales brochure for the cost of a hot tub. He recommended we go on their website and get approved by their recommended lender for that amount then come back in on Monday and pay that amount. When I got there Monday to write the check the owners would not honor the amount the sales manager quoted me.

I had to contact the lender and cancel my loan. I am just glad that I found that out that they can't be trusted before I got into a contract with them. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had to rate this company at 1 star because Google does not offer a negative rating option.
