Needed a new pool liner. Called 7 companies, Premier Pools was the only one to call back. Booked the appointment and they were on time and professional. Premier Pools was easy to work with, extremely quick with responses, and our new pool liner looks amazing. Challenging times to work in, with delays and liner suppliers running out of supply, but premier was quick to let us know, and scheduled everything perfectly. Wouldn't use anyone else to put in a new liner, or work on my pool.

Premier Pools is excellent! We needed to replace all of our pipes, install a new liner and put in steps. They were professional, fast and efficient - great to work with! They showed up when they said they would and worked hard the whole time. (and our job was not easy - digging the old pipes out during 90 degree heat in our rocky yard was not fun!).

The pool liner was installed beautifully, we have brand new stairs and the filter runs like a charm. They came back and winterized it - with professional, swift precisiion. I highly recommend them for any of your pool needs - so glad we found them!

Amy was very responsive in my needs and services, as well as scheduling to try to fit me in. When I had issues with my pool, Wes was just super. He is very knowledgeable of issues and equipment with pools, if I had questions he would always call me back. This was the first year I had used them and after seeing the quality of work and time he spent making sure everything was working properly, I would highly recommend them. I definitely will be using them for all my pool openings and closings and any needed repairs.

Starting when I first called for pricing I was impressed with the professionalism of Amy. A few days later Wes came by to look at the job. Again, very professional. We agreed to move forward and I am very happy I did. Amy helped me save money on the liner. Wes came by to coordinate with the site contractor.
