If anyone is looking for an amazing pool construction experience and service after the sale, please consider Jennifer Simmons at Pleasant pools. Jennifer was amazingly thorough through the proposal stage, set very realistic expectations (for themselves and us) and even provided us with an itinerary of the entire construction process from start to finish.who does that!
Not only did Jennifer and the team do an amazing job, she was Uber communicative! I can't really say she was responsive because she was always calling me, not the other way around! Jennifer finished our beautiful pool project on budget and a week ahead of schedule! I have to throw a positive plug to Tedd, the owner. He was about as stand up and professional as they come.but Jennifer was the star of the show. *Let's talk about Service after the sale* Fast forward a few months. as we all know, the arctic storm of all storms was approaching and I was starting to wonder what I should do to prepare my pool.
The next day, Jennifer CALLED me to instruct me on what I could expect and what I needed to do to prepare.again, who does that! While other pool contractors may not have been responsive or even answering their customer's phone calls, Jennifer was the one being proactive. Needless to say, I did exactly what Jennifer instructed me to do and my pool made it through the arctic storm completely in tact! Zero issues! If you are looking for an amazing pool experience before, during and after. You would remiss in not calling Jennifer

We just completed our new pool and hot tub with Precision Pools. Jeff and Ken lead such a phenomenal group of guys. They were always on time, efficient, friendly and most importantly they were really good at what they do. Meticulous in the details, worked clean throughout the process, and were always willing to take extra time to explain to my wife and I what was happening, and how long it would take. The expert quality is second to none. Definitely the only folks working on my pool in the future!

All these 5 star reviews are surprising. I wish that would have been our experience. The crew was terrible about coordinating with our builder when we were building our new house. They seemed to pick the worst possible weather days to work. We also experienced a leak that they had to come back and fix. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars of water was lost, which we never recovered. We have tried to call and email them about other issues and have had no response.
