Prices are very reasonable, staff beyond friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you are Having any problems with your pool or sauna, from water color, treatments to accessories this is the best place in town to get all your answers and corrections. I have only been going with this company for a short time now but every week I am in for one thing or another and would never go to another supply company they really know what they are doing!

I have been using them for years, they only sell products you need. While their close down I had to use pool store down the street and they over sold me and I had to add things to bring down levels. These guys know what they are doing!

My pool started to turn greenish, I came to get algae killer. The store staff suggested to measure my pool first before and bring them sample of water to test - free of charge. I did, and they saw that chlorine level was zero, ph was low. Blake entered my pool measurements, address to their computer, sold me right chemicals and explained step by step what to do. Thank you.

We have had nothing but problems from the guy that installed our pool. His name is Fred McMillan and he will not even return our calls. It's been almost a month and we have to try to reach him on different phones every time. Then he does not answer the new number. Here are the problems we are having: (1) Pool steps were not level. (2). Leak around skimmer and fittings.

He did return and fix the leak around the skimmer. When he leveled the pool steps he created another leak and will not return and fix it. Be careful who you choose to install your pool. Pioneer pools has tried to help us but we have had no results and may end up in court.
