We absolutely love our pool. The customer service was amazing. Derek was able to help us every step of the way, even recommending and working with a fantastic landscaper. We were under budget and ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal work, service and communication. Ocean Blue Pools and Spas did not disappoint, as a matter of fact they went above and beyond. We did a lot of research before choosing a company and I mean we met with all the bigger companies and a few of the smaller companies in town. We read reviews and checked with the BBB. We did our homework on numbers and pools for roughly 3-4 years.

We ended up choosing them because they were very knowledgeable and didn't treat you like they didn't need your business because they were booking so far out like another local company. We were set to begin our pool this month (January) and they actually came a month early. They answered every call or got back with us promptly, when we had questions.

Our pool is almost complete, as we only have the demo left. Derek from start to finish has been amazing. As well as the entire crew from digging (which the owner was even on site for a bit), the electricians they sent, the guys doing the concrete and to Josh who came on site a few times to get the pool ready to clean and then to clean it. Josh was so sweet, patient and knowledgeable of any and all the questions I had. Superb team.

I can not stress how professional each and every one of them were. Thank you for all of your work and time. I definitely have not had one issue and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Derek, Josh and every guy on site (wish I could have gotten everyone's names) thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication.

Ocean blue was beyond phenomenal to work with this year! They actually installed our pool 2 month AHEAD of schedule and we were swimming in our pool within 6 weeks from the start date! We could not be more pleased with the outcome and Derek was super responsive to questions/concerns that arose. We had done research and met with other pool companies prior to choosing Ocean Blue, but are so glad we chose them! Do not hesitate to choose them for your pool installation!

Ocean Blue is by far the best pool company around. From start to finish Derek made sure the project went smoothly and was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Everyone involved in the project from digging the hole to finishing the concrete were efficient, knowledgeable, and quality oriented. After hearing many horror stories about other companies and installations gone wrong, I was extremely impressed with the entire process. I cannot recommend this company enough!

All around great experience. We broke ground on August 12th and were swimming on September 10th. We had some HOA issues and were concerned we would miss our install window. Derek and the entire team are very knowledgeable, responsive and communicated throughout the process. Everyone that we've dealt with from the planning stage, to install and to opening the pool were great to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you want your pool installed the right way, don't go anywhere else.

We are writing this review to recommend Ocean Blue Pool & Spas without reservation, as what we believe to be the BEST pool and spa company in the greater Wilmington, NC area. Derek, Kevin, Herman, Josh, Danny and the rest of their crew were extremely professional and courteous throughout our entire pool (Pinnacle 40') and hot tub (Viking Legacy II) install project.

A pool is a huge investment of time and money and Ocean Blue provides the best (top quality at a competitive price). A project of this magnitude, with many moving pieces, will always have hurdles along the way, but Ocean Blue is committed to addressing them with the customer in a fair manner, and they will do everything they can to follow through on making the customer satisfied in a way that is fair to their business.

From a timeline perspective during COVID we knew we would have to wait longer to get a great pool, but it was worth the wait! We should add that although there is a wait time with all pool companies, Ocean Blue is the only pool company we know of, that actually was able to move us up in their schedule by months, while other pool companies delayed their customers' projects by months.

Pool instalation - Ocean Blue did a great job instaling my pool from start to finish! They communicated any delays, changes and time of appointments. Derek was amazing as was Josh! I also worked with Laura Lee in the office. Very friendly, professional. Would defifnitely recommend their product and services!

This was our first experience with a pool installation so we didn't know what to expect. Ocean Blue Pools (OCP) laid out the entire process to us and although the process took a bit longer than expected, due mostly to weather delays, we could not have been happier with the end result. The pool and decking turned out absolutely beautiful and we are thoroughly enjoying it. All the staff was extremely professional and responsive. Overall if I ever do it again, I'd look no further tan Ocean Blue Pools.

We needed to renovate an older pool that was already at a home we purchased. It is our fist pool and needed some TLC. Ocean Blue Pools did an amazing job. We ended up having to have the entire surface chipped out to the original shotcrete surface and start over. Randall is extremely knowledgeable and made the process from start to finish so much easier than I expected.

From the renovation process to meeting at the showroom to pick out the new coping, tile and pebble finish. If you are considering renovating an existing pool, or building your first new pool, look no further than Ocean Blue Pools. His expertise, pricing and team can't be beat. Ocean Blue installed our pool two years ago and it's been fantastic. Ocean Blue is a great customer oriented company. Gotta love a company where the owner actually digs the hole for your pool. If I had it to do over again, I'd still use Ocean Blue.
