Mastercraft Pools ( Ted Rador) constructed a pool facility for Shreve Land Construction, on Waterford Court Apartments, in Addison, Texas. His work was outstanding and very professional. The end product was outstanding, the Owner, Buyer and General Contractor were all pleased, with his work. Mr. Rador met all of his schedules and was always available to this General Contractor. Shreve Land would recommend this contractor for any pool construction.

I've waited 3 years to leave this review as I'm not one to normally leave reviews and I also wanted to be able to fully appreciate what their service after the sale would be like. I can't say enough good things about Mastercraft. We've referred them to everyone we know that is in the market for a pool. The attention to detail is top notch and they refuse to compromise on quality just to compete on price.

That being said, they were also the lowest price option when we compared "apples to apples" against the other half-dozen pool companies we were considering. If we move I will absolutely use Mastercraft again, but until then we continue to enjoy our backyard oasis!

They do not build pools or care for them on a schedule or in a professional manner. They tried to overcharge for services. I would not recommend.

Mastercraft Pools ruined our summer! They did not adhere to a work schedule, asked for additional funds to complete the project and acted unprofessionally by not responding to phone calls. STAY AWAY!
