I wish I could give zero stars! Absolute worst, most careless and incompetent pool maintenance company EVER! Please do yourself a favor and steer clear from this company, unless you want to pay them to do basically nothing.

Langley and Taylor pool company was a pivotal point in my personal swimming career to allow me to continue swimming on the world stage and working in the world of aquatics learning world class trade of pool mechanics, teaching lessons, love and pride of hard work of opening, repairing pools and weekly maintenancing, learing under Mr. Taylor White himself And Mr Lance Emory.

After 26 years of Teaching, coaching, pools maintenence, life guard management, while swimming at the Olympic level. I retired in 2019 as a member of Southeast Arburtation board for southeast HOA judicial board, building commercial pools both residential and commercial, still doing commercial pool cleaning, teachings private clinics, and being in USCG RESERVE School, training for world cup in Copenhagen. whie in Hilton Head Island and Charleston, SC my second home being in Ocean Rescue in college days, could not have been thus successful without this company's success.

Along with Mrs Betty, Kristen, Mrs Sarah, Mrs Ellery, and Mrs sokol. I would suggest anyone who wants to work hard, love for our doors, this company is the right place. The premiere pool company in Nashville, TN with most rich experience. They are a good team until you mistreat them. Our subdivision has used them for years. We are trying to get them to go to another company. They say they maintenance it 6 days a week. We've asked for gps logs that they have and they have yet to prove they are there 6 days a week. The water is always low, hot water coming out of the jets, the breaker was tripped and the pump stopped working on a Sunday and it was just stagnant water.

Very gross. We were able to reset the breaker on Sunday and add water to the skimmer to help cool it down. Thank goodness as it was packet. Their response is to zip tie the pool area gate and now if it breaks or gets too warm, we can't correct it. I swim laps at 6am and it is so warm that it's like swimming in a huge bath tub. Always dirty. Algae everywhere. I've also left 3 messages without a call back. Businesses - do not use this company. Bad customer service.

I have used Langley and Taylor many times in the years past, and have been very pleased with the service they have given. Patrick has done a fabulous job checking in with us. I would refer them to anyone! Thank you for all you guys do!

Can't say enough good things about Langley and Taylor. They have taken care of our community pool for over 15 years. Really came thru for us today after the storms rolled thru and trashed our pool. Tech came out on a Saturday and did an awesome clean up job.

Neighborhood pool is disgusting. Can't wait to be done with this company. Employee comes to clean pool on a Monday, pool is filthy on a Tuesday. I'm not sure the employee is actually doing anything but just marking on a piece of a paper that pool was cleaned.

Thank you SO much! Jay came and saved the day while we were out of town and had guests at our house and had a pressing issue with our pool. We tried so many places and couldn't find anyone to come same day, and Jay was able to come through. He was very quick to respond and did a great job! Highly recommend! A++

We had a terrible experience with them. It was one thing after another. We had one error code that needed addressed and fixed. Well they came out 4 times and every visit something else was somehow wrong. They also proceeded to go behind our home and went through our gate without our consent one day when we weren't home and started working on equipment and somehow found something else wrong. They were always late too. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

I had a horrible experience with Langley and Taylor. A major lack of communication among their staff led to it taking over a month to complete resurface job on my community's pool that should've taken a maximum of about a week.

Seriously some of the hardest working pool staff I've ever run into, they always work extra diligently to keep things going smoothly at Riverwood. Great energy, great experience!

Incredible place with very personable staff. I dealt with a woman named Sarah I believe. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. They will be getting my repeat business.

I used Langley & Taylor for several years - they even completely stripped and re-tiled my pool. They consistently did not do a good job of cleaning the pool, were unreliable, and during the 5 years since they re-tiled, tiles are constantly falling off and they do not think that they have a responsibility to repair free of charge. In addition, it always seems that there are parts which need replacing.

I changed my pool company about 9 months ago to American Pools, and the difference in the efficiency of the service and the cleanliness of the pool (and lack of minor, sometimes major, billing) is night and day.

This company manages the pool where I am staying. They sent a guy out at 5:40 AM to "clean" the pool, which involved using a leaf blower. I went out to yell at him since the pool is STEPS away from where 20+ people live and he had the cojones to whine that he had an inspection in a few hours. I told him I didn't care, it was before 6am and this was ridiculous.

Especially considering how many people are trying to sleep before getting up for work. He finally shut up and didn't turn it on again but SERIOUSLY people. Leaf blower at 5 something in the morning. I'm sorry you forgot to clean it the day before and your boss is supposed to show up this morning, but you will not screw everyone else over.
