Kona Kai Pools installed a solar heated in-ground "spool" (a swim spa) for us in Kona. The solar panels maintain the water at a comfortable spa temp. The swim jets enable you to swim against an adjustable current. The spa jets are strong and provide a good back and foot massage.
The owner Steve pays close attention to detail. He stays on top of every phase of the job and if something isn't done exactly right, he has it redone.
We enjoyed working with his "A" team - very friendly, polite, knowledgeable & professional.
We love our pool and feel that going with Kona Kai Pools was a choice we don't regret! We would highly recommend Kona Kai Pools if you want a pool done right. Thank you, Steve!

Absolutely horrendous experience with Lawrence Flitton and Kona Kai Pools. Lawrence took the moey and bailed on our pool. He left us with a very expensive and dangerous cement hold in our yard. We are not the only homeowners he has screwed over.
He is currently trying to sell the business as he is in over his head. He currently has at least two (2) pending RICO complaints on his business at the moment. He keeps changing the number to Kona Kai Pools as he keeps getting new numbers and new people to put in charge while he is hiding. He has multiple pending law suits as well.
Save yourself a lot of trouble and go with any company other than Kona Kai Pools
