Are they using gunite for the foundation of your pool? This will not hold up as well as shotcrete, and you will run into issues latter down the road. I have been using the company for the past six months for pool service. I was hesitant due to some of the reviews. After being with the company I have learned Allen Werner, the cause of all voiced issues has been removed from the company. I have had wonderful service and my pool has never looked betger. If your in need of pool maintenance give them a try!

My family absolutely loves Independent Pools! We have been working with them for a while now and they've always been so attentive and upfront about everything! I sent Allen a text and he responded very quickly with a return call. He was able to come out the next day and install a new motor on my filter. There were no hidden charges, no games, no problems. He did a great job and I will be keeping his number for any further pool issues that I may encounter in the future. Thanks Allen!

So far, I'm glad we fired our prior pool service company. A large and VERY well known Englewood company. Allen came yesterday and while the pool didn't look bad, the chemicals were TOTALLY off scale. The CYA was through the roof, PH and Alkalinity totally screwed up and zero chlorine. We were headed for big trouble. After talking to Allen yesterday I'm confident he'll get the pool back under control.
He took the time to explain things even though he's extremely busy at present. Thanks Allen. Five stars so far. Oh, and Allen: don't know if I need the capacitor - dang thing's been starting right up. And make it Steve - Mr. Calvin's so formal.;
