Worst contractor ever

The worst experience with a (contractor) that I have had in 35 years of construction. Dave has no crew he hired guys under the table on weekends Said he would have the pool and spa finished in 4 months. It has now been 12 months. One huge mistake after another. He lies to your face and has a mental problem that makes communicating with him almost impossible. Run away as fast as you can or you will regret it as I have. Even the home owners refuse to speak with him anymore. His weekend employees think he is a joke I can not believe that he is still in business and if you are smart you will not get near this disaster of a (contractor) Hope you take this advice. Our pool is the best thing we did in our back yard! So glad that we hired David Hall from Holiday Pool and Water Creations. We interviewed 3 pool contractors and went with David. He is knowledgeable on the permit process, helped us with tile decisions and followed through on every aspect of the pool. We are so happy with our pool and it is spot on what we wanted. We did a basic 18 by 36 foot pool. David suggested some cool large steps and upgrades to the lights and seat in the deep end of the pool. David has an incredible team and was always available if we had any questions. David has a terrific maintenance team - every Tuesday our pool gets checked out and maintained and looks just as good (if not better) than 7 years ago when Holiday Pool and Water Creations installed the pool.

David Hall from Holiday Pools did an exceptional job on building my swimming pool.
He is very knowledgeable and guided me through the process. David always kept me updated as the pool progressed in construction, and the pool was completed in the timely manner that was agreed upon. At one point in construction we had a soil test done to test the content. The results gave me the option to go with less rebar, but David still suggested to keep on as planned and stay with the extra rebar. I am glad that I did. I have a really solid pool.
Five years have passed and I still have a beautiful pool that was well constructed and still looks new. David is always quick to respond to me if I have a question regarding the pool or the water chemistry, years after the construction was done. I feel that's a rarity these days.
If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely call David. I highly recommend him.
