Our past dealings with contractors, pools, houses, etc. have always been stressful and complicated due to an apparent lack of interest after entering the contract. It was a pleasure to be able to plan and then sit back and watch everything happen consistently and with quality. The detail given to our special needs in land prep and water control has paid off, again these were born out of your expertise and concerns for proper installation of our pool and deck.

from the beginning to the end of the process it felt that we were dealing with close personal friends. I knew we had picked the right folks when we saw Steve and Josh Sandler getting out there rolling up their sleeves getting dirty to build our pool. We would and already have recommended Gold Medal Pools to our friends and family.

We sought designs and bids from four different builders and chose Gold Medal Pools. Kimberly really listened to what we wanted and happily made tweaks based on our feedback until we had exactly what we were looking for. Our original project manager left about half way through our build and was replaced by Logan, who stepped in and never missed a beat.

He was always quick to respond, even when he didn't have good news to deliver. We knew with a project like this that delays, be it due to weather or supplies and labor shortages, were inevitable but Logan's willingness to communicate and make sure we knew what was happening made this process much more tolerable. We love our pool and would absolutely choose Gold Medal Pools again.

I started using Gold Medal Pools after they acquired my previous pool cleaning company. My pool steadily went downhill until it basically became a green pond. They didn't show up to clean the pool the week that I had my daughters birthday swim party, so I spent almost two days running to Leslie's and getting the algae/green walls cleared up. I emailed them on two occasions.no response either time.

We tried again this winter to get it fixed. They placed a work order. Came out to look. Didn't follow up. THEN they tried to tell me I had a payment past due for them coming to look. When I asked what the follow up is (what's the fix, when, etc.), they ghosted me and didn't ask for the bill again. So here we are THREE years later. Still a crack. I've sent multiple requests (a few a year). I've sent multiple pics. I've shown multiple of their employees when they were fixing our pump bc of the freeze. BUT for some reason they don't want to honor the structural integrity that should last a life time.

I had them for a monthly pool service. They performed the very basic requirements.on-site for 10 mins. Came at random times without notifications.for example they came at 8:30PM and we had guest over swimming. They needed to put chemicals in the pool---so everyone had to get out pool. One weeks they show up on Tuesday.next week Friday.etc.

Success! It started frustrating because it took way longer to get started than ever expected. This pool was built during Covid times which I believe caused problems. At one point our project manager left the company and that is where Logan, our new project manager, came in! Logan was awesome and saw our project through in a timely manner. His communication was much appreciated. Logan, along with Gold Medal Pools, have completed a beautiful pool in our backyard! We are excited for all the future good times we will have! Thanks Logan and Gold Medal Pools!

Overall the construction job is good. It took 30 weeks instead of the estimated 10. But most frustrating Of all is that it's now been a YEAR since I wrote the final check and they STILL have not completed the punch list. The owner of this company should be ashamed of this performance. Absolutely terrible. TERRIBLE.

We ended up using Gold Medal because they purchased our previous pool company. Dealing with them has been a time consuming ordeal. Our pool has never looked bad for so long. We needed some repairs. After finishing those repairs, the pool was still not running properly. It took multiple calls to get them back out. We had to call several days after the service call to ask the status because they didn't send a quote. Finally, got a quote on additional small repairs and a day they would come out.

No show. The pool cleaner (he seems like a nice guy) says he can't clean the pool properly until the repairs are made. He communicated to the supervisor, Christian, but it hasn't helped. When we called again today, they blamed the problem on the pool cleaner. It doesn't matter who is at fault - we are paying for a weekly cleaning service that isn't being done!

So we still have no communication as to when the repairs will be made. We have an unusable pool and have paid for services we have not received (pool cleaning). This feels like theft.

Overall, they are good. The one bad thing is the way that they went about revising their billing when they acquired the company that use to do my pool. Not handled in a very professional way

We worked with GMP from March 2021 - Aug 2021 for a new pool build 15 x 30 with a tanning ledge. We still use their weekly maintenance service as well, they will send you pictures and a service report. Jane and Gene while not always immediately available did return all communications within a reasonable time frame. Jane was very knowledgeable about all of the inter-office workings to include coordinating with our lender to have our payments rolled into our mortgage loan.

She walked us through all our options to include 3D images of our vision (so cool) through all the pool materials (tile, decking, stonescape, etc), she answered all our questions even steering us away from materials where they had experience in not lasting or requiring extra maintenance (very thankful for that). Gene held our hand through every step of the building process, meeting with us on more than one occasion, only to understand that the questions we had. his team had already taken care of, which was such a relief.

His team were complete professionals and experienced. You can tell they have seen it all. I would highly recommend GMPs, while expensive (what isn't these days!) we feel like we got exactly what we paid for and Genes expected timeline was spot on. The only surprise was the initial quote did not cover enough sod to finish our yard at the end of the project but we understand they can not know everything and they recommended a great landscaping company.

If I could give no stars I would. Avoid this pool company! Our previous pool company sold out to them. we've had our pool since 2008. It has never been green until Gold Medal took over. They don't respond. They never come when they're suppose to. They even went up on price of service. We will be switching as soon as we can.

New tech person every week. 1st week I had service the tech broke the pool cleaner (he pulled on the hose and it broke the fitting to the pool wall). They said they would replace the fitting at no charge and then sent me a proposal where the fitting was free, but they were going to charge me a $49 service call fee. I declined and fixed it myself for $11.

The next week they were suppose to come on Thursday but did not show. They showed up the next day at 7:30am unannounced. I don't like people in my backyard at 7:30am. By Tuesday of the next week, yellow algae had covered both ends of my pool. Tech guy came in Thursday and did his deal. After he left I examined the pool: he brushed one end and cleared all the algae. Apparently, he didn't brush the other end because all the algae was still there. And no chemicals were added to treat the algae. BTW: I did not choose GMP: My previous pool service was great, but they were small and sold out to GMP.

Gold Medal purchase our old pool company and now service our pool. Gold Medal has done a great job and our water has remained clean and algae free. We had problems with a pump that was under warranty that was put in by another pool company but Gold Medal replaced it under the warranty and we have been good ever since. They have great service and I recommend the service technicians highly.

GMP purchased our previous pool Company. From the start, it was terrible service. They came every week as planned; however, our pool was never really clean when they left. There was always dirt on the bottom of the pool and/or the pool was green. I am not really sure what they did when they came to clean. I do not recommend this company at all.

Gold Medal Pools had maintained our pool since they built it 3 yrs ago. We have always been happy with our techs. Not only do they do a great job, it is a such a pleasure chatting with them and getting to know. Kevin is our current guy and does a fabulous job. Our little dog haves to go out to say hi every week.

We are loving the service provided by our service technician Grant. He always calls when he is on the way, does an excellent and thorough job cleaning and really takes his time to address any issues that need to be taken care of that week. He's all around a great guy and very professional, while also being so friendly and great with our dogs :. We recently upgraded to the newly offered Gold medal package because we are very pleased with the value we are receiving weekly.

UPDATE 4/28/2022 - After posting the review, I got one email telling me someone will be in touch.two months later.no action. Now I have algae in my pool and they don't use the backwash hose they installed and make a mess with the Filter powder. Maintenance guy said they ran out of Shock so they used liquid bleach and that is not effective as the pool shock in fighting algae.

So even if I pay over $200 for weekly service, looks like they don't have the right chemicals to keep my pool maintained. Updated pics attached. Pool is now a little over 18 months new and Gold Medal has built and serviced this thus far. I am going to shop around for actual quality service and will be filing a demand letter for damages. Tired of their lack of response and ownership.

Without going into much detail, it was a painful process getting all the repairs completed after the damage is during construction. I've been under maintenance with them for over a year and a half and they are service still continues to lack quality and proper cleaning. On top of that they have caused much damage repeatedly time after time with acid damage on my existing concrete. Warranty department is unresponsive and unwilling to make the necessary repairs properly to get this addressed.

The pictures speak for themselves. This is the result of weekly maintenance and as you can see by the pictures the pool should not be in this condition for paying over $200 a month for weekly maintenance.

My pool used to be maintained by another company, they were bought out by gold metal pools. Ever since Gold Medal Pools took over the maintenance has been lacking, they didn't come when they were supposed to, no chemicals were added and the calcium buildup on the stones was not scrubbed off. they never followEd up on multiple calls or emails.

Now I canceled my service weeks ago by Phone, and email. Yet they still charged me. They haven't come out in the last two weeks but they still auto charged my credit card. Please do not use this company, you will get ripped off

Hopefully, you are an expert pool designer because the individual we worked with did a horrible job. Our pool is subpar to say the least. We were rushed to make design selections in one appointment, we were never given options of selections or upgrades of what would compliment the design. We literally had to come up with our own ideas. This was a 9 month process that looks like it was done in 6 weeks!

Make sure you take your time and don't give a budget. Scale back once the pricing is given so you at least have a chance to say yay or nay to something on the lower end. Do not use this builder. I have 3 neighbors that had their build simultaneously and they have more complaints about maintenance, clean up and response time.

If I could give less than one star I would. I called to postpone my service for the winter season. They didn't execute and still kept coming then tried to tell me I owed for all of the service. They bill also, which is insane to bill for service you haven't performed. When they called trying to get me to pay, I told them I called and postponed.

They said I saw them still coming out and I should've called back in to cancel again. It was my responsibility. They asked what day I called and whom I spoke to. I told them I wasn't sure and didn't they have notes in the file as most customer service companies keep. They said they only take notes if it's a "complicated situation".

They said that they had no proof that I called and that if I didn't pay the invoices would go to collections. So when I got off the phone I went into my call log with my cellular company and found the 13 minute call I made to them on 1/7. I called back to update the terrible (like worst I've seen) customer service supervisor. She didn't apologize just said she would take my card off file and clear out the invoices.

I told her that even though they had no proof I did. She didn't even apologize for their terrible service and accusations. She even had the nerve to ask if I called that day to cancel. No, dumb a#$ I called to experience your excellent customer service for 13 minutes. I also asked if she wanted me to send the documentation that I had found and she said that she didn't.

Of course, since they don't keep records I went ahead and sent an email to the company with the proof so when they try to come back later and say that I owe this money I will be able to look up my email. They are not the only game in town and there are so many terrible reviews about them for a reason. Find another company if you're considering them. Runaway as fast as you can!

It was a nightmare having gold medal build our pool. From no schedule, no communication, disappearance of our project manager(who come to find out had went on vacation and never told us), products we picked turning out to be a completely different color, materials/stone falling apart, then attempting to overcharge for dog hours when my husband clocked it all since he was working from home, it all was a nightmare.

Now a year and a half later and our deck(which we were told would be the best choice with young children) looks about 10+ years old, they did not seal it and the discoloration looks horrible. Not only are there major cracks(we anticipated small ones over the years) but we had chunks of the decking coming up as well as chunks of our coping chipping.

After attempting to reach someone for going on 5 months now, the lack of customer service is awful. We would never be able to recommend gold medal nor would we ever use them when building our next pool.

We are almost one year away from when Gold Medal started to dig our pool. The pool is finished per se except for the punch list which does have several items that need to be addressed. To date- our punch list has not been touched and we cannot get a response at all whatsoever from this company. We understand we built a pool during a pandemic and crazy weather of 2021, but again zero responses from this company.

This job has been fully paid for. If you call, email whatever- crickets. During the build it was the same. They only want you to work with your project manager and there is no other outlet to get answers. At the end of the day, to pay 6 figures for a pool and yet not get the final touches or any responses from the company is unacceptable in my book.

We had a pool built last year 2020 and it was completed in June. We had a punchlist and reviewed with pictures with Gold Metal pools a week after we filled the pool. It is now the middle of January and we still have the same punchlist with no action. only excuses! Customer service is pathetic, I'm not sure how they stay in business. Do not use this company! they will not finish your project.

Bought a home with a pool Dec 17th, found a stack of maintenance tags for weekly cleanings, called Monday morning Dec 20th. I was told what I was asking for is called pool school and they could do it before Christmas if I filled out the request online. I received a weekly maintenance plan instead, but completed that also. I spent 2 days figuring out how to ask for pool school.

I was never contacted until January 3rd (2 previous nights with below freezing temps). They came and couldn't do pool school because there were problems that had to be addressed. (This pool was inspected Dec 2nd in home buying process). Called the office January 6th when I received a surprise $700 bill that is not itemized and they will not itemize even over the phone.

I am told if I have maintenance I should not be charged for chemicals, yet they are not taking it off the bill. I was charged for pool school AND a service charge. They also said the Polaris vacuum needed to be taken in and repaired. They still have it and have yet to address that. I call the office, and to speak to someone I've had to be ver persistent.

I had a long voicemail that someone would come clean the pool today, they never showed. They said my maintenance got put in the archives and that's why no one showed up. And someone is supposed to be here Tuesday. Communication is dismal, evidently they just show up IF they are going to. I don't NOT trust this company. Seems like a rip off to me. I'm now on the hunt for a reliable pool service company with proper communication.

BEWARE! Two weeks ago, (11/19) one of the Techs accidentally spilled/splashed acid on to two sections of our wrought iron fencing. The Tech was nice & professional and tried to wash it off but, that didn't work. Since reporting this the Tech came out again on Weds, (11/24) and washed off the driveway and walkway since he added "bicarb" to the spill. Rinsing the walkway and driveway was appreciated, but the fencing is still blueish/discolored. Sadly, the acid has damaged the black paint finish on our fencing. As of today, (12/3) Gold Medal considers this issue resolved. This is very disappointing and very poor customer service!

The absolute worst Warranty department! Please before you consider using Gold Medal.understand that if you want things fixed (cause believe me you will have issues) they will not respond. They will ignore emails, phone calls.they will also avoid not fixing things and put the blame else where. We have have had nothing but problems with warranty. Actually the things that are going on should not even be happening in the first place.

We have a very expensive pool and we have had issue after issue. You would think that when you build such a beautiful pool that the customer service and warranty would be top notch! Well it's not. Do not bother with this company. There are plenty to use besides them. If we ever build again we will never use this company due to the customer service and warranty department alone!

I have to to say the warranty department has been terrible. No one responds to emails. They don't want to fix things that are under warranty. We built a very very expensive pool it's only been 2 years and there has been problem after problem. Between our pump going out multiple times, heater not working, drainage issues, now plaster issues with rust at the bottom of our very nice pool.it has been a nightmare to deal with Warranty.

No one responds to a single email. We are ones to not complain but wow the service is awful. I will make sure I tell everyone I know looking to build a pool to stay far away from this company. I use to speak so highly of this company. But I can not even say a good thing anymore. It's been a nightmare. Stay away from this company if you want them to fix something.and believe me there will be tons to fix!

I do not recommend this company. My pool is green every week despite numerous complaints and reminders. Staff consistently shows they are incompetent or uncaring to do a good job. Ownership consistently shows me that they do not care about delivering quality work. Absolutely fed up with Gold Medal Pools.

Save your money and energy DO NOT USE Gold Medal Pools! I recently have my pool built using Gold Medal, this was the 3rd time that I have my pool built and it is the 1st time with Gold Medal. Why save your money and energy by not using Gold Medal: - They will come up with reasons to delay your project - They are not good with the follow-up, always made me follow-up with them - Always missed on their promises, there are some occasions they said the crew will come out and get their work done, many times, it always days or weeks late - Crew leaving messes behind: - cut my Internet cable - cut my lighting cable - broke my water hole - spilled acid on my driveway - leave stains on my fence - we have the lion heads added for our water feature: a- the pipe broke (after the 1st day) b- water leak from the lion head c- they fixed the leak but now the water coming out of the lion heads are not the same on both Almost everyone at Gold Medal are irresponsible for their works.

When you have a problem and wish to contact them (from the builder construction manager to the project manager), they always tried to pass the torch around and pretend like nothing ever happens. Why? because they don't care about you. So why would you put money paying someone if they don't care about their work. NOTE: They won't fixed their damage which caused by the construction hence you better be sure to ask before you signing anything.

Gold Medal put me through hell, I have a terrible experience dealing with them, hence if you don't want to go through what I've been through, then DO NOT have your pool build using Gold Medal. I regret having my built with them knowing how other companies would do far better job and being a lot more responsible (like Medallion Pools or Premier Pools which I have used in the past for my other pools it just they they weren't available at the time when I needed to get my pool done). Feel free to contact me at ericdo521@gmail.com if you really want to know more detailed information about Gold Medal and why I encouraged you to stay away from them.

Stay away. Gold Medal has acquired several companies around the area and have subpar service. A few of their technicians are old business owners who are quite nice and easy to work with BUT their office management and regular cleaners are terrible. We just fired Gold Medal and our new pool company, who came out a couple days later, was surprised to find NO CHLORINE IN OUR POOL. Don't look to save $20/month by going with them. you'll regret it

Amazing amount of staff turnover, enough so that you will regularly see a stranger in your yard without notice. Billed for items I didn't approve. Price increases without notice? Losing keys to gated fence. Leaving the child safety gate open after leaving the property. No customer service return calls after I've left messages. Cancelled the pool service, but the tech shows up anyway. Gold Medal Pools gets a gold medal in chaos.

Updated as of August 2nd: We had a good experience starting off and worked with John Kirby for our design and contract. Once the pool was completed, it was winter so we weren't able to utilize our pool much. Finally this summer, we are able to enjoy it. We've noticed a few issues with our pool and design that Gold Medal is working to address. First, our tile choice.

The tile we chose created an extremely sharp corner. So sharp that our daughter nailed her head on it and ended up with 8 staples. The solution has been to add additional grout for the time being while we work to possibly replace the tile with another selection once swim season is over. A note to future buyers - run your fingers along your hot tub tile before completion to ensure there are no sharp edges. Second, our pool lining is peeling.

The eco-finish is coming off in small chunks. This has been relayed to the warranty dept and while we haven't been informed of a solution, we believe we'll have to take the pool out of service, drain it, and they'll have to replace the pool lining. Erik (the director of sales) informed us it's an issue with the manufacturer and they are aware of several folks dealing with the same peeling issue we are.

We just weren't expecting this less than six months after our pool completion date. We are hoping Gold Medal will work with us to replace the tile, and the pool lining so we can have a safe and functional pool moving forward. I'll update our experience as we work through the repair and replacement process.

Worst pool service company imaginable. Our pool filter broke five weeks ago and every week they continue to send out their cleaning crew instead of a maintenance crew. They've told us twice now that a service person will be out to fix it and both times no one has showed. DO NOT USE THEM

Update on 7/31/2021 : Gold Medal Pools sent a plumber, without my knowledge or consent, to install regulators to my gas line because, they said, the "gas pressure to the pool heater was below the minimum threshold". They apparently did not obtain a permit to work on my gas line, and they did not request an inspection by the city, so ATMOS said they cannot touch it until the city inspects the line with the new regulators.

I called Gold Medal Pools and they told the plumber to request the city inspection. A week or so later, the plumber showed up again at my house and said "we got the city inspection, we are here to put the regulators back on". So they had taken them off BEFORE the city inspection. They put the regulators back on without my knowledge or consent. We called ATMOS again since we smelled gas on the front porch, and they said the gas pressure is fine, the regulators are not needed and the city still needs to inspect the work done by the plumber.

In the meantime, Gold Medal Pools, their phone operator Olivia and their service manager Chris Espinoza are M.I.A. and are doing nothing to fix the real problem, which is their heater has a leak. They are making the situation worse by messing with my main gas line, adding unnecessary equipment, and operating without a permit or required inspection, creating a major risk to my house and the entire neighborhood. ATMOS said that as a result they may have to shut down the gas to my whole house until the city can inspect what the Gold Medal Pools plumber did. Update on 7/16/2021 - Unfortunately the saga continues.

After ATMOS found a leak inside the pool heater that could have exploded, Gold Medal sent a technician who said he "didn't find any leaks" but he found low pressure in the gas line and they would be sending out a gas company to fix it. The gas company came today and said they will not fix the leak inside the heater, and that the pool company needs to do that.

I called Olivia at Gold Medal once again (twice, since they NEVER answer on the first call) and she said they cannot do anything until they "speak to the technicians". Did not give me a timeframe for a fix, said I could not speak to a manager because "he is on vacation" and I "missed the opportunity to speak with him last week" so now I am out of luck.

I have zero confidence that Gold Medal will take care of a potentially fatal situation and they have showed zero sense of urgency or competence. This is a very serious situation and potentially dangerous. The ATMOS technician told me there is a leak but the pool company says they can't find it. Do NOT hire Gold Medal for your pool installation, service or maintenance. They are a terrible company every step of the way

INITIAL great service. once the pool was installed we have had nothing but poor follow through. We have been with their pool maintenance for 3 years now and they continually have revolving pool guys. Our pool has now had pump and filter issues for 3 months and they can't seem to send the right person to fix it. Not only is the maintenance poor and quality of service even worse but the pool guys have allowed lime build up on the tile and can't seem to get rid of it. Not to mention, they are paid for weekly servicing!

This has been a disaster from the beginning. I won't bore you with being ask to select something from the showroom because "all those selections are available", but yet I had to wait 6 weeks to get the stacked stone for my hot tub. I provided my own Penn Bluestone coping and paid extra to have it delivered by the install date.which didn't happen for 2 more weeks?

There have been countless other issues of getting no response to emails and a general disregard for a customer, to the "pool start up person" being 2 hours late before I finally am told he's out that day? They do get someone else there, but isn't my time important? All I needed was a phone call. But now that they have been paid in full, getting anything done is near impossible!

I have a chiller on my pool and it's getting hot and time to use it. Last weekend I tried to turn it on and got a "NO WATER FLOW" code. I reached out to Chris Espinosa about this and he couldn't schedule his "lead tech" for a week. I also scheduled with the authorized local warranty person to look at the chiller in case it was the chiller.

When the authorized rep came he told me that the chiller should have been connected to the return side of the filter and then connected to the heater and back into the pool, mine was heater first and the only water the chiller was getting was going in the wrong side. There was no way the chiller was going to work. He took the supply line off of the chiller and it was getting no water at all?

How is this possible when their people "started" my pool? It's because they didn't turn on my chiller to make sure that it was working. lt's sure that I'm going to have to wait weeks to get someone out to get this resolve in addition to a "rattling" sound coming from my backwash valve. The tech that came to my house said that my 2hp pump to too large for the valve an that it is air cavitating or causing a "rattling" sound inside the valve.

Gold Medal has sent someone out to look at this but obviously didn't know what to do or what the problem was, and still haven' scheduled to have someone resolve this issue. I don't know of any other industry you have have this CRAZY paradyme where you pay so far ahead? It cost less than $5K to dig a pool, but you pay 30% of the cost of the pool when they dig it? Just be prepared to deal with A LOT of headaches with Gold Medal!

Gold Medal originally installed our pool many years ago, and I have recently come back to them for weekly cleaning services. After this recent winter storm, my pool was a complete disaster. It was green and swampy and needed many repairs. Thanks to the diligence and detailed work of my weekly cleaning technician, Lucy, my pool is now blue and beautiful again and ready for swimming. I am so thankful to her for her good quality work and pleasant attitude.

Their customer service stinks! Someone needs to teach these employees very basic human etiquette. Talk to a middle aged blonde woman who had a terrible attitude. This woman needs more training or GTFO!

Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company. Don't use them. They have zero communication, no follow-up, poor record keeping so if you do run into any problems, they have no true record of what's going on. If you want to repeat yourself 20 times for the same repair or service need and still get absolutely no results, then this is the company for you.

If you expect decent customer service, any kind of follow-up at all, and repair technicians who actually keep their service appointments, then keep on looking. Gold Medal Pools is the absolute worst.

We originally built with Gold Medal in 2017. Our experience was okay though we were new to the pool process so we knew no better. In this past year we attempted to do a remodel and add-on to our original design right before covid shut everything down. Now that everything is back opened we went to proceed with our plans. The person that we were working with had quit and they had no record of our project at all.

We understood due to a pandemic a lot had changed! We attempted to call to start everything over again and received no response after being forwarded to a Voicemail every time. We have paid for weekly service for cleaning since we built our pool and they were even trying to help get someone to respond to us. The person that answered the phones acted as if we as the customer were a nuisance.

After months of trying to get someone to help us with no response we received an email saying they were not taking on new projects. The customer service and respect for current clients is the worst I have ever experienced. I am very disappointed in Gold Medal! Right now so many people are putting pools in and in this process deciding who to build with. I would want to know how the company treats their customers before deciding. Luckily other pool companies are willing to help us!

Don't trust this company. We signed an Access Agreement so they could build my neighbor's pool. Access was granted through 2/28. Not replying to my messages. Tell everyone. I am.

We love our pool! The process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. I cannot recommend this company enough. Our pool is an oasis for our family and, during this crazy COVID crisis, it could not have come at a better time. Go with Gold Medal, you'll be glad you did.

Our family received top notch service by the Warranty team at Gold Medal in Feb 2020. The exceptional service started with calling us Gold Medal. Within five minutes Tyler called us back and came to our house within 30 minutes to check on the issue. Tyler worked with multiple companies to quickly fix the issue, but more importantly kept us informed every step of the way up to and past resolution. Thank you Tyler and Gold Medal!

We had our pool remodeled a few years ago, and recently some additional work completed on our fire pit. The work was done on time, and the gentleman that did the repair was outstanding! Over the years I've recommended GM pools to many friends and family members. It's good to know their level of service both warranty and customer support is still above and beyond!
