Fiesta did a great job and was very easy to work with, beginning with Linda in the office who was so helpful in making design choices. During construction Gary was our go to guy and always responded promptly with answers to our numerous questions. We had issues with one of their sub contractors which held up the job. His work was good and with us building during a supply shortage, it could have been worse. Great to work with a reputable company like Fiesta.

The folks at Fiesta Pools are top notch craftsmen. Linda and her office staff are top notch and right on the ball. Anyone who has given a bad review has never even had a pool built by this company. I am ecstatic at the outcome of our pool and their attention to detail. I can't say enough good things about this whole pool building experience, it was awesome.

Best pool company in all of Marion county Have known the family all my life and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to build or remodel a custom pool. Simply the very best!

A family owned company who deliver what they promise. When they give you a date and a time line for completion they are accurate as possible weather permitting. I went with a waterfall, jacuzzi jets (not heated), a larger motor to accommodate the water fall and jacuzzi jets pressure, and auto fill and auto empty feature (if the water gets low it brings the water to the right height), and a auto empty feature if the pool gets too full (since rain in Florida) typical Fiesta time line is usually 7 to 8 weeks from start.

When you build a pool you should ask questions from friends or neighbors who have pools and also the contractor. Like anything of this size and cost you should do research and ask questions. I am so glad I chose Fiesta to do our pool. After seeing some contractors time lines while ours was being built we were finished before them several weeks ahead.

Some were even started before us, and still not even close to being done. Also, the payment schedule is tied into what gets done 10% deposit to sign, then certain percentages as certain parts of the job get done. All their sub contractors have been with them for years and are extremely reliable.

I would highly recommend Fiesta Pools, I will agree with other reviews that you cannot depend too much on their sales person. You need to ask for every possible option as previously mentioned, very few value added recommendations are made. That said, the quality of the pool, the time to manufacture, Is unsurpassed in this area. You will meet the owner of the company, and he will be on the job site for all critical decisions, and manufacture. We are thrilled with the finished product.

They built a lovely pool based on the design I wanted. However there were a lot of questions left in the air that any pool company should ask whe building a $70k plus pool. Automatic refill and drainage were two things that were never brought up that should have been especially with spending this much money on a pool and disappointing to me that this couldn't have been rectified after the fact!

I would expect this level of service for a tract home pool but for a custom pool of this nature it was bare bones service and as the owner I shouldn't have to be the contractor to say this is how it should have been. You learn from your mistakes and as we continue to build houses I desire the best in the business and inferior does not exist in my vocabulary so I will not recommend them. And since I will have to continue to fill and drain a $70k plus pool it cheapens it for me so it will be a thorn in my side.

Great quality materials they use for their pool builds. They truly show they know how to build pools and their looong years of experience shows. Gary is one of the owners and he is awesome and answers quick. I would have given five stars if they improve their business face customer service.

They came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint us. Salesman was straight forward and even helped us to make an informed decision. The pool was completed on tI'm and exactly as we wanted. One post-construction visit was needed and it was addresses immediately. I'm a skeptic, but they delivered for us.

Did a lot of research and Fiesta Pools came highly recommended. We contracted for a pool, solar heat and a deck with birdcage. They were very responsive. The entire job was completed in less than 2 month as they promised. The company owners were on site throughout the process and were totally hands on. They were polite, respectful and very efficient. I would recommend them highly.

I moved to Ocala FL 5 years ago. I asked many of my friends about pool builders. All I got was horror stories one after another. I decided to use a local builder with family ties in the community. They started my pool and in a little over two weeks it was finished. I was very happy with the quality and the continued help from Fiesta Pools. I have moved and the new home has a pool with a leak.

After many attempts to fix it and almost 700.00 I have decided to resurface it with Fiesta, Always someone there to answer a phone call also a real plus for me to get a human.

I closed on my house on March 15,2015. We are currently in the process of having our pool built, and I have top reviews for them thus-far. My pool will be completed in June. Stuart is our estimator sales rep, he has always returned my calls and answered all my questions. He came out on our scheduled time for our original meeting which was well after hours to accommodate my schedule. He came out just before we broke ground as I wanted to make some additions. Wonderful family owned company. They also work well with my finance company.
