The first time we had Emerald Outdoor Living look at the problems with our hot tub, OUTSTANDING SERVICE, the rep corrected a circuit board wiring problem, repaired a small dripping leak in the pump and adjusted the operation set points. After over a year and two other companies looked at problems, this rep fixed them.

Excellent customer service, quality products, free delivery and set up. We signed up for the service package to help us as first time spa customers. Emerald staff were helpful throughout the process. We have referred others to Emerald.

I love my hottub. They were flexible with me on the terms as I wanted to try before I bought. I feel like the price was fair and I got really good service! Thank you very much!

Emerald Outdoor portland is my go to store for all hot tub related needs. They have assisted with part replacement, offered knowledge on how to keep the tub clean, will come out and service the hot tub no problem. They also provided great crane recommendations for when they installed the hot tub on the balcony. All in all Emerald Outdoor living has my business from here on out.

Our backs and necks love our new Bullfrog tub! Aaron Grube was super helpful with all of our questions regarding set up, maintenance, and chemicals-very glad we found him.

After visiting several fireplace stores in the Portland area, we are so happy we met Chris at Emerald Outdoor! He is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of gas fireplace inserts. He was very patient to answer all of our questions while we were in the store as well as questions that arose once we were back at home. One of the best customer service experiences of my life!

We are first time pool owners. Chris and Aaron were so helpful! Our solar heating died and we needed a new pool heater. They told us what would be best and their price was well below the other pool and spa companies in town. We bought the heater and it was installed by an excellent guy named Jason. He went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier. Thanks so much, we will be back for a spa in the near future!

All in all a positive experience. Paul helped us finalize the deal and even let us come in and try out a tub so we could pick our jet packs. The tub arrived and must admit the set-up could have gone smoother. Discovered some minor damage on the panels but after talking to Heath they continued with set up and made another trip to install the new panels when they arrived.

End of the day I feel like we were treated fairly and that Emerald went out of their way to ensure we were happy customers. I'll continue to do business there and appreciate all the help from Heath. Mike and Paul. LOVE the Bullfrog! Go get you one.

After much homework, we purchased a bullfrog spa from emerald. We worked primarily with Chris. What a great experience all around. We absolutely LOVE the spa! We also really appreciate the excellent customer service we've received. We drove all the way from western Washington to make the purchase and are very happy we did. Thank you Chris and all the folks at Emerald. You are the best!

We purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from Emerald - it was by far one of the best experiences we have had for a major purchase. First, the product is exceptional. From a design perspective, it is very clearly designed with the customer in mind - it is easy to use, has smart features, and wonderful for therapy. Then, the purchase experience was so easy - Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and even found a way to save us a couple thousand dollars - not the experience we have had with salesmen at other establishments! Finally, Emerald is still interested in me as a customer after the sale.

I have called a couple times to ask about wiring, chemicals, etc - they are always willing to help and knowledgeable about what I need. I wish I could provide more than 5 stars - I've truly been blown away at the care shown in both the product and the sale. Thank you!
