We had our pool built by Elite in summer 2016. We chose them after hearing good things about them from a few friends. Unfortunately, our experience with them was not what we had hoped.
I won't go into all the little details that I'm upset about and they refuse to fix. The most major issue is that if we get a medium to heavy rain, the yard drains into my pool. Dirt, grass, you name it. It all ends up in my pool. They refused to do anything about this even though they were paid to design and install the pool.
They did make a small effort to fix a few problems that I had, and I considered giving them 2 stars instead of 1 (it would be zero if that was a choice) because at least they made an effort. However, many of the problems they attempted to fix are actually worse now than they were before. On top of that, they flat out refused to attempt to fix one issue I had that was poor workmanship in my opinion.
They are not the cheapest builder, but in my opinion you're getting low grade workmanship if you choose them. Add to that a lack of support, and Elite Pool and Spa is simply a bad choice. If you want to save money, then go ahead and go with the cheapest bidder. If you want a quality builder, keep looking, there are others out there
