Clear Pool

Clear Pools re-plastered my pool in January of 2022. Quito Pena cannot be trusted to keep his word. I reluctantly paid him in full for his services after he assured me that he would complete the job and not "leave me hanging" as he stated that he's been in business since 1986. After the re-plastering, I had to have my main drain unclogged because his workers failed to remove the drain cover before the re-plastering and several pieces of old chipped out plaster were in the drain and pipes.

I called and texted him many times to have my pool cleaned and water balanced as the contract states, but Quito Pena has gone incognito! It is now March of 2022. DO NOT trust this company and DO NOT trust Quito Pena. Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable companies out there. I had to learn the hard way.

Needed to replace the vinyl for my in ground pool and repainted the stairs. Great work. Jojo is the guy that makes sure everything is right and cool guy to talk with and ask questions. Update: 11/11 Suffered a rip on our inground liner only six months after install and Quito has been working hard on working with the vendor to replace the liner. It's been a tough year with COIVD and may businesses losing employees, which seems to be the case with the vendor. Patience is a virtue and is definitely needed this year with everything going on so I'm hoping to get the liner replaced soon with the help of Quito. Thank you.

They did not clean my pool and let algae build up then tried to up charge the work. Also be very careful how you pay they withdrew this months payment from my credit card without my consent. He knows I'm out of town for a few months and refuses to answer my calls. Do not do Buisness with these SHADY people. Hire someone else and in one day had my pool looking great. Did have to drain the pool like he recommended.

Quito Pena was very knowledgeable. We are excited to have him construct our pool. Thank you Quito.

VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS PERSON! The company started off okay. But we trusted them to service the house which is unoccupied. Mr. Pena kept charging my credit card and did not provide the services. My pool is green. He stated that it was too much for them to take care of. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. NO GOOD. I usually don't do this and try to give people the benefit of the doubt.

We are beyond thrilled with the result that Clear Pools and Quito Pena provided for us. It is literally our "dream pool". Quito Pena and his crew were great and delivered what they said they would AND then some. (Always in a professional manner.) Mr. Pena gave us a timeline of 6-8 weeks, and it was completed in 7. (Just in time for the first day of summer vacation this June) One of the reasons we decided to go with Mr. Pena is because we could tell the passion he has for his career; he loves what he does. Mr. Pena and his crew always gave us choices and suggestions on what would look good and what would be best for us.

We appreciated that as well. If you are looking to get a pool, we HIGHLY recommend Clear Pools. We had the BEST summer ever this year and look forward to many, more wonderful summers. Sincerely, Carlos and Melissa Rodriguez

Quito Pena and his workers were very respectful and acted very professional. It's Been 2 years now and he continues to give me excellent service, keep up the good professionalism Mr Pena.

I am a customer and I never expected our experience to be so negative. This isn't our first pool building experience or construction experience so we expected the same VIP customer service we have received in the past with other companies. Needless to say the VIP services ended the minute we signed our contract. I agree Quito is very disrespectful and rude when you question something.

We gave him our last payment in July 2018 and to this date January 2019 we have not been able to get Quito come out and finish the following: broken gate, spilling spa, lopsided fountain, flooding deck, defective plaster- rough and color blotched- our spa empties every night for the past couple of weeks and we haven't even gotten a tutorial on how to function the swimming pool!

Not to mention the mess left behind on our windows and doors filthy and damaged with overspray of concrete and plaster! Please think twice before hiring this company it's not worth the headache or throwing your money- you will end up having to pay more down the road and have another company come clean up their mess!

Erik does excellent pool maintenance. The owner is disrespectful and quarrelsome.

Horrible experience with this character!! Workmanship is subpar, neither the workers nor the owner know what they are doing!! Didn't even pull permits, fraudulent at all levels. If you are looking for someone to build you a quality pool...look elsewhere! This guy will rip you off!
