We were delighted by the service and the finished pool that Carolina Creations made for us. Art spent plenty of time educating us and helping us figure out what we wanted. Also, the deposit was reasonable instead of the large deposit so many companies require to begin work. Ryan (the project manager) was always very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

At the beginning of the project, he sent us a very comprehensive schedule and stuck to it, with only a few delays caused by weather. We knew how much everything was going to cost and when we were going to need to pay. Prior to sending an invoice, Ryan would call or email us to provide a thorough update on the project and what his plans were for next steps.

We visited the worksite several times and saw that Ryan was a hands on manager and knowledgable professional. Our new Carolina Creations pool is beautiful and everything we wanted.
