Atlantis Pools

Our entire experience with Atlantis Pools was delightful and trouble free. After researching pool installation we were cautious to say the least, but Atlantis performed flawlessly. They offered quick, polite service and competitive pricing. They were always easy to get a hold of and had the pool installed within a month of breaking ground. So far we have nothing but glowing recommendations and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an inground pool.

Awful communication! We have had our pool for three years. Never saw a permit in the front windows. Had a pool inspection a few months ago! Best of all an electric inspection yesterday and we failed! We have had the pool for three years! It is completely paid for and never had the inspections done till over two years later! Then fails the electric inspection!

After much research and three presentations/quotes from other local contractors, we decided to go with Ben and Atlantis Pools. and we are glad we did. Ben and his staff were easy to contact and always available to answer the many questions we had. His crew were professional, courteous, explained things in detail, and always left the worksite clean and in good order. I would defiantly use again and highly recommend Atlantis!

Great company to work with. All staff including the owner are fantastic. You will not be disappointed. They will go above and beyond, to keep their customers happy. They all have great work ethic. Initial linear had a hole in it from manufactural defect and Ben was kind enough to replace it at his own cost and also cover the cost of the water bill. Ben and his staff delivered a beautiful pool with no issues to speak about. A true pool professional and would certainly recommend and use them again.

Called and scheduled an appointment. They never arrived. I called to see the status of their visit, the gentleman stated he forgot to write it down in his calendar but did remember he was supposed to meet me. He then asked me "are you at (and stated my address) which means he did have it written down." He said he could be by "quickly" and then said maybe an hour.

I have other things I needed to get done today and he almost seemed annoyed that I was disappointed in him missing the appointment. I stayed home from work specifically for this appointment and am disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I'll check for a different company. It's not unreasonable to think when a company schedules an appointment that they're going to show up. I'm sure they're very punctual when it comes time for them to get paid.

November 2014. March 2016. Ben and his guys were good. They were easy to work with and reasonably priced. They replaced liners on two pools and got the old, neglected equipment working. Ben is very responsive. There was a couple mistakes, which he readily address with out any extra charge or hassle. Pools looked great and helped sell the houses.
