Brian Wright and Arizona Mirage Pools have always done an awesome job keeping our pool clean and running right. Even our dog looks forward to their visits!

Brian and his team have done an excellent job servicing our pool every week. They are quick to respond to any issues or questions I might have about my service or pool. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for top of the line pool service.

Called and arraigned someone to come by. Guy looked at my leaking pump. Told me they don't repair pumps as they don't want to be responsible for the repair. His words "if we repair then we own it". Said it would have to be replaced. Said ballpark price was $2,200. Was told three times they'd check with the office about my request about just making a repair and would get back to me. Weeks later I never heard back. Watched a 10 minute YouTube video. Purchased a $25 seal kit. Repaired the pump myself.

Bryce from Mirage Pools spent 7 1/2 hours in the heat fixing our pool equipment. He labeled everything and gave us a tutorial. Very nice and patient guy!

Office staff unprofessional boarding rude office staff. While the pool tech was nice and friendly. Paid for 4 weeks of a service to receive 2 services. The tech didn't know what to do when we has an allergy bloom. That was happening for going on 2 weeks. 1 trip to home depot we took care of the bloom.

After having a problem with our pool, we asked the service technician a question, he said he'd need to refer to his partner, then they both got in their truck and left, without answering our questions. Upon calling the office, during business hours, no one answered. So now we have a pool that isn't safe to swim in and they left us hanging. An email tells us to schedule an extra treatment and increase our pool services per month, which they don't provide initially in order to "save us money" by not providing "until there is a problem".

We now have a new pool company, which came highly recommended, who already include their "extra treatments" and at a lower price. Poor pool service, over priced, and very poor customer service.

So I own a pool company and a pool I service had some issues and the brokerage company wanted a second opinion on what I was doing. Arizona Mirage came out and took time with my customer and showed them everything that I did and did NOT slander me or my company. I appreciate their commitment to helping people in a honest way and not bashing other companies just to pick up a pool.

Nice people, BUT READ THEIR CONTRACT and ask questions. For $225 I thought I was getting a tile cleaning and acid wash. All I got was a tech who came out and drained my pool. Sat in the truck while it drained. Told him to leave once drained. Hell I can fill my own pool after I clean it. I know part of this is my bad, but $225 was a rip. Never again, Sorry

I have been pleased with the service from Az Mirage Pool Co. Everyone has been prompt, and friendly. My calls are returned promptly and with estimates for the necessary job. I have had a new Hayward automatic pump and filter system installed, and I am very impressed--the most I have to do is clean the skimmer. My system automatically turns on pool lights and I can change motor speeds using my phone

I contacted this pool company after being referred by one of their existing accounts. I called after hours and they answered my call. Adam spoke to me and listened to my situation. It was not complicated. We spoke for about four minutes and I asked when the job could be completed. He said Friday. (This call took place on a Monday.) I said that is a problem as my pool is deep green.

He thought (I think) for a moment and said that he would call someone to see if they could work me in sooner. He would call me back. This review is being sent on the Friday after the call. I have not received a call back yet. I hope to hear from Adam soon because I am growing a type of algae not ever seen before in Arizona and need his company's help in killing it. Mosquitoes seem to love it. I recommend this company.

Arizona Mirage Pools has been our exclusive pool repair provider over the last 7 years. They have replaced/ repaired numerous things for us including: sand filter, Pump (2x) Lights, bulbs, gaskets, and other parts to technical to mention. Most recently they replaced a light, this is important because with the summer winding down, my boys want to have one last summer party including a night swim. Brian was able to flex the schedule around to make certain we could get it in before the end of the summer. Bryce their tech has always been great to work with.

Without question Susan and Brian in the office are more than schedulers. They are great at advising me on what needs to be done. At no point have I ever felt up sold. I would highly recommend Arizona Mirage to anyone looking for a pool service provider. Your Best Friend- Ryan

Brian and his crew are great! They did an amazing job turning my pool from green to blue and fixing a broken pump. They offered not only competitive rates but were the most professional and most responsive of the four companies I got quotes from. Can'd recommend Brian and Arizona Mirage Pools enough.
