Aqua Pool & Patio

Called to have circulation pump checked, was told it would be about a week. Two days later, technician call, said he was on the way. Job was almost complete when I arrived 30 minutes later. Technician was friendly, and knew what he was talking about.

Eron was fantastic. Wonderful customer service. Great display of product and selection of Polywood and Ledge Lounger.

I give them 2 stars only because they do a nice job w/ the pool, but billing and f/u leaves a lot to be desired. In 2021 what company only as the capability to send paper statements and does not do autopay? We use them because no one else comes out to where we live. To be fair after Sally the pool was a mess, and they did clean it up well without totally redoing it. I give them that.

They are trash! Giving out dates and not sticking to them having the employees call customers or deal with the ones they don't want to because they're being mad they haven't heard anything back from anyone after leaving multiple voice mails or sending many email and calling soooo many times still don't hear back or get the run around. They're terrible people to work for and to hire.

They're soooo unorganized it's unreal. They're childish and inconsistent and I would not recommend. I worked here so it's definitely pertaining to the company when an employee talks about how bad the serves are. I take pride in my work. Maybe yall should do the same.

I have purchased 2 liners (1 for my brother and his family) and 1 for myself. I couldn't ask for better service. They worked hard to find a leak that I had the Liner Manager went above and beyond. The ladies in the office were always extremely healthful. I can't say enough good things about Aqua Pool & Patio. Thank you so much for all you do.

Tyler with Aqua Pools is amazing. He is professional courteous and above all else patient. He installed a new liner and salt water pump for my elderly parents. He explained everything in great detail and checked on us after the fact to ensure everything was running smoothly with the pool. This would have been a 5 star review however, we paid the initial bill in full and received a 2nd bill for Salt and miscellaneous items.

I would have thought that the initial bill would have included the cost of the salt since they were installing the salt water pump. Overall, I would use the company again! I would request Tyler to be the tech considering he seems to love and care about what he does and the customers happiness! Thank you for making our pool amazing again ~ Fazenbaker Family

I've had 3 different pool companies that were unable to diagnose my light issue. Aqua pools came out and promptly found the problem and made the necessary repairs. The techs were fantastic and Bill in the office was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company. Service: Pool & spa light repair

I use this place for work every time I place my order I have exactly what I need by the next business day and they are very professional and kind and if they don't have it they can get it so if you want to keep your pool sparkly and always ready to swim in this is the place you need to get with to make sure that that happens

We've had this pool service for 3 years. The first two years were great. This past year has been awful. The tech Lance does not show up on time and when he does about once a month the pool isn't left looking clean. They took our pool vacuum for maintenance back in April and have not returned it yet. There is algae growing in the pool and we've contacted management several times with no clear plan. They are short staffed right now and they have no one to repair the pool equipment at this time.

Poor communication, poor management, takes weeks to get anyone to finish a job and I have to call constantly to find out if anyone is going to do the job. The only reason I'm using them again is because we have our system under warranty that is only 10 months old and it's not working properly. The guy has been here 3 times this week and has no idea what to do.

Fair, honest work. I had Tyler put in a new liner. They showed up early and were very professional. They even diagnosed and fixed a pump problem that I created. Very pleased.

My family and I have used them for decades. The service by the technicians was very good. I missed a couple mailed bills. Instead of calling, which they have done in the past for several reasons over the years, they cancelled my contract, offered to enter a new one at a higher rate, and said they put a lien on the property. First, having a lien placed takes more in legal fees than I owed (which has already been payed).

Don't say you placed a lien without actually doing so. Secondly, I called and left a voicemail with no response from them. I did really like the employees that serviced the pool, but management does not treat customers well, especially considering we've been customers for about 30 years.

We needed the automatic chlorinator replaced and had general maintenance service on entire pool pump and auxiliary pump completed. Aquapool had us scheduled in 2 days. Josh called before he arrived. Assessed equipment and replaced chlorinator and auxiliary pump along with rerouting some PVC and lines in no time. He was extremely professional and very nice.

I am more than pleased with the speed and the workmanship Josh provided. The office staff were also very helpful and professional as well. I wish more companies provided the customer service I received from Aquapool. Good Job guys!

We use them for monthly pool services. Three weeks ago I let them to vacuum every week because that what I pay for. We also use the pool a lot. It has still not been vacuumed. We called and complained. The manager was going to take care of it. They came to clean Today and still did not vacuumed. vacuum.

I had Aqua Pool and Patio come out previously and do adequate work. Recently, they provided me with quotes for a new pool heater and coping paint a few months back. I signed and returned the quote for the painting via email and called/texted a dozen times leaving voice messages and emails to schedule the work but received no response. I called the main office to schedule the pool heater work and they couldn't locate that quote either.

I've never had to go out of my way this much to get a company to take my money, it is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend them unless you like having your correspondence ignored and dealing with individuals lacking professionalism.

Great service and very friendly staff. Gary is our pool guy most weeks and he does an awesome job cleaning the pool and making it sparkle. He is always courteous and friendly and helpful with us when we have questions. Very happy with our service with Gary and Aqua pools and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Aqua Pools recieved one star because there in not a lower option. This company does not take responsibility or even try to work with you even when they are in the wrong. They replaced my in-ground pool liner and did not add any chemicals. My tenants had to buy over $200 in chemicals to get the pool levels correct. When I contacted Aqua Pools they told me the other company measures pool chemicals different and only gave me 5 bags of salt ($40) to offset the chemicals they did not add as stated in the liner contract.

The day they finished the liner install my 18 month old pool pump ($380), my pool timer ($140) and pool light ($520) all mysteriously went bad. I WOULD FILL IN MY POOL BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

We used Aqua Pool & Patio to build our new pool and now use their cleaning services. They are amazing. Everything has been a breeze! The office staff are experienced. Ron was great in selling us our pool and Ed has been great teaching us how to use the pool and setting up our cleaning people. We are so happy with our choice!

After seeing the poor rating and reviews, I was not going to call this business, but after calling 3 other pool supply businesses who didn't have what I needed (and didn't offer further help or alternatives), I finally decided to call Aqua. I was truly blown away by the great and caring service by Vicky. While the product I needed wasn't in stock, knowing my pool wasn't quite ready for company on Mother's Day weekend, Vicky took my number, called her supplier, redirected one of her delivery drivers in Milton to pick it up and bring it back to the office.

She called me as soon as it arrived about two hours later and had it ready for me at the front desk when I walked in. They guys at the front desk were just as friendly and helpful. I'm not sure who was working for this company when the bad reviews were given, but based on today's experience with 3 different employees, I'm impressed and will absolutely call them first next time.
