Mike has been installing in-ground, vinyl-liner pools in the Indianapolis area since 1976 and Debbie is an expert at water quality analysis and treatment. We install in-ground, vinyl-liner pools, which is the kind of pool you'll find the majority of the time in yards across the Midwest. Compared to an above-ground pool, in-ground pools are more useful in that you can add diving boards, slides, and decks for entertaining, and really integrate them into your backyard entertainment area.

We don't want to just install your pool and then disappear into the sunset. We can help you maintain it to provide years of enjoyment. Even if your pool was not installed by us, we can still provide liner replacements, covers, maintenance and repair, and seasonal pool opening and closing. Give us a call and we'd be happy to help.

Not very friendly or informative. Went there twice, then took my business farther away to Leslie's, whose level of customer service was far superior and worth the extra drive each week.

My pool was scheduled to be closed and I had the pool ready, water tested and winterizing with chemicals done in preparation. I get a call late afternoon that they can't make it they have an appointment they need to keep and I'll be put off until the 1st which is 10 days out. That is not acceptable I expected the next day which would of been ok. I was irate and I let them know that. what kind of customer service is that.

They had opened and closed my pool several times, I had Pool water tested and bought chemicals from them. What unprofessionals. I'm told I can just find someone else if I'm not happy with the 1st. Don't over schedule your self and take on work you can't do. The owner had been out a week before and was going to give an estimate on replacing concrete and said he appreciates my business.

I really don't believe that statement. What an experience.professional courteous, customer service or customer appreciation that is long gone these days. I was and am upset. Customer relations are important. My pool may not be a priority to them but it is to me.

I have worked with the Harpers for nearly three decades and have always found them to be conscientious, fair and always willing to do the right thing by their clients. They are an excellent team and I recommend them highly.
