We were comparing Maytronics Dolphins & were also considering purchasing from Leslie's Pool supply. Shingle Springs All Season's customer service was off the charts. They actually knew thier products & what they didn't know they looked up right away. They answered all our questions & helped us purchase a Dolphin from an All Seasons store that was closer to us than they were! Leslie's knew nothing about thier products & did not seem motivated to look anything up. Very impressed with Shingle Springs All Seasons store. Thank you guys!

First class all the way. Fair pricing, very conscientious when figuring out exactly what was needed for our project. Jasmin worked diligently with our contractor to double check everything. Couldn't recommend All Seasons and Jasmin any more highly. A very happy customer. Thanks so much.

The service was great and the install was fabulous. However, the air quality in the store is horrendous. I was just there today and the gas smell from the barbecue restaurant made it difficult to breath. I am worried about the continual gas exposure to the employees that work there. Do you have carbon monoxide alarms set up in there? The air quality should get tested.

Perhaps there is a vent issue that needs to be looked at. When I bought my spa there two years ago, there was no such smell. Please look into this, for the safety of your employees. Thank you / a concerned customer

I called Jasmine at All Seasons Pools for my model number so I can shop online for parts. My first expectation was blown away because she had the information about the homes previous owner's model number and was familiar with my spa. She reassured me that she would provide everything I needed. I already felt guilty because she was so competent but continued to shop online. Turned out she beat all the prices I found by 50%.

She followed up in less than a day on every inquiry and usually within an hour. We needed pillows, return cap, double filter, a new cover, and tons of advice. Jasmine made us feel comfortable my making sure we had expert home visits available. Our pool guy is awesome and agreed to take over after we cleaned it up. She's amazing and I highly recommend ASPS!

My purchase experience was good, but getting delivery was slower than promised. After I arranged electrical utility hook-up, my brand new spa would not power-on. I played phone tag with the All-seasons service department for a week - the service extension rolls to voice mail constantly. I work on the phone and I could not pickup when they returned my calls - which they did.

I got an appointment (2 hour service window-nice!) for a tech to come and look at it - only to have it cancelled the day of - wasting a day that I arranged to work from home to meet the tech. I admit my situation is exacerbated by a very busy schedule. But it feels like the service department is thinly staffed or the business is outgrowing existing service staff levels - with no margin to answer phones real time or recover from a person calling in sick. Their tech did come out later in the week and discovered/fixed the problem, which was totally on our side.
